Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful old building which has been restored tastefully. Good central location. Secure parking across the street. A decent place to stay in Le Serena.

The rooms are set around a beautiful courtyard. It feels very safe and private. The staff is helpful and friendly. Guests can use a kitchen and even a small exercise room. Within a 15 minute drive from the airport and a 1/2 hour walk to the famous lighthouse and beach.

nice homely hotel.
nice hotel in a good location close to the center but quiet. The rooms vary in size. Helpful and friendly staff. They have a nice courtyard to sit in and a kitchen plus small basic gym. I would be happy to stay here again

We stayed for one night at Hotel Chagual. The hotel staff were very professional and accommodating. It was a chilly night and they provided us with extra blankets and a heater for the room.

Las habitaciones lindas, cama comida, la ducha con abundante agua caliente. Las instalaciones muy limpias y los jardines preciosos, ambientes externos decorados muy bonitos.Relajantes. Lo que hay que reforzar es el personal de recepción, una sra. de mediana edad fue muy amable, educada y nos informo sobre lugares turísticos ( estaba en las mañanas).Los demás recepcionistas bien, sin nada que destacar.

Gran hotel en el centro de La Serena
El lugar es muy bueno, estaría ubicado en el centro de La Serena. La habitación era cómoda y el hotel inspira calma. El personal es amable y el desayuno es suficiente.

Tranquilo para descansar
Todo limpio, comodo y tranquilo. Solo lo fome que el estacionamiento no esta dentro del recinto sino que al frente.

It was great. We’d like to come again. Staff was very nice and they brought breakfast to your room. There are also tables outside so we sat outside to eat. It is very central. You can walk to the beach to el faro in around 25 min or you can take the bus.

Muy lindo el hostal, bien cuidado y la atención del personal es personalizada y muy amable. En cuanto a precio, me pareció un poco caro para lo que ofrece pero en líneas generales fue una linda experiencia.
