Beautiful home
Our stay at Paradise Palm was great. The house was just as described on VRBO. It was very clean and well equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen utensils and dishes. The pool was maintained weekly and the temperature was a warm 84 degrees. We would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Villages. 5 stars

Great place!
Jen was very accommodating to us and made the house feel like we were at home. Very clean and neat. The pool was lovely! We didn’t get to use it because the evenings were cool. We golfed every day and it was close to a lot of courses. We would go again!

Beautiful Property!
Beautiful property. Excellent location in the villages, close to Spanish springs square. Home has great amenities, indoor pool, 4 seat golf cart, everything needed to make our stay perfect. Host was excellent to work with. Would love to stay here again.

Couldn’t be better
This place was great. Clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth. Had everything we needed. The pool water was really warm. Unfortunately the weather was a little cool, but we did go in one day. Highly recommend.

Beautiful House and Pool
My family and I absolutely love this rental! The house is spotless and the beds are comfy. We've stayed here a few times, and it feels like home everytime we walk in. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. The private pool is AMAZING. It's under a covered porch and the water is heated when the temps drop. The golf cart is clean and functions well. It's super easy to get around to all the local spots. My kids have the best time....always a happy vacation visiting grandparents who live nearby. I highly recommend this beautiful house!

A true Home Away From Home.
I will start by thanking my host Jen for sharing her lovely home with us. The day of check-in we got there before the check-In time and we were able to go in the house, that right there started our beautiful vacation because we were exhausted and we got there like three hours earlier. The house was very clean the locations to Square,supermarket, drugstores, gas station, restaurants are minutes away. I absolutely love the peacefulness of the neighborhood and the house pool is absolutely beautiful and refreshing. I love that the house is equipped with utensils and appliances. The cart is an extra extra bonus very convenient. Highly recommend this home.

Welcome Retreat
This was our second time at this lovely property. We love it so much – –our family vacation for the second year in a row. The pool is beautiful and the house is sparkling clean. The option of the golf cart is so much fun to take the kids on adventures. Jen is a fabulous hostess – – really can’t recommend enough!

Great location Handy to everything Nice having our own pool Didn’t have enough time to use many of the hundreds of facilities or activities available but did get 9 holes of golf every day and sample many of the local restaurants and nightly entertainment Lots of reasons for a longer return visit!!!

Fantastic Home
We really enjoyed staying at this lovely pool home during our Christmas vacation. The home is nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The living area has an expansive view of the golf course, and we liked watching golfers play on the course. The home is in a great location, close to Spanish Springs, grocery stores, and restaurants. Amazing Property
We had a fantastic time at this property. The entire house was updated and clean. Beds were comfy, which is always a plus when you're away from home. The pool was spectacular!! And everything pool related was available....beach towels, rafts, noodles. The location is prime, just minutes form a town squares and any shopping needs, but it's also a peaceful and low key neighborhood. We highly recommend and will be returning!!

House was nicely decorated, and more importantly very clean. The bed was very comfortable for both my wife and I. The house is located less than 10 minutes from Spanish Springs which made it very convenient. Jen answered our questions in a timely fashion. Great Stay!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! House was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of what The Villages has to offer. Absolutely loved the private pool! Spent more time swimming in 3 days than I have the past 3 years! Overall a nicely appointed home! Didn’t get an opportunity to use the golf cart, maybe next time. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. Also had a nice information book with a lot of good information about the rental and the area.

Awesome Getaway
A beautiful home that has everything you need for a great stay, to include a view of the golf course. The pool was exceptional and was used multiple times a day. The home is 1.3 miles from Spanish Springs Town Square where we enjoyed nightly entertainment. The golf cart is a nice extra to use for golf, shopping, or going to the Square. Jennifer was extremely helpful answering any questions we had. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home.

Location is perfect
Great little neighborhood with a great view of golf course. We enjoyed the pool and cruising on the golf cart. Having the Villages GPS app was a big help getting around. We had a few questions and texted the owner and received a quick response. If we don’t buy here we would stay here again.

Paradise found!
This property was perfect for me and my family in every possible way. Everything was well-kept, and extremely clean. Having the golf cart available was a really fun perk!! Also, the pool being almost inside the living room, was a real treat for everybody. Wonderful not to not have to worry about sunscreen for the children! Pool home in quiet neighborhood.
Home was very comfortable, nicely layed out and very clean. Very nicely furnished in a great location with very comfortable bed. Heated pool and enclosed area provided very comfortable setting for swimming. Pool overlooks golf course and provided many enjoyable days of swimming and relaxation.

Awesome spot in the villages
The home and property were beautiful. Location to golf courses and Spanish and Lake Sumter squares were very handy. Lake Sumter was our favourite. Jen was always available and answered any questions promptly. Would definitely recommend and we will return for sure.

Perfect property in The Villages
The house is absolutely gorgeous! Decor is all new, high end and immaculate. Even though it was too cold during this trip to use the pool, we are really looking forward to visiting again when the weather is warmer to use this amazing feature.
