“This is our 4th time staying at this cottage and our 7th year staying at Indian Lake. We love this cottage because we are able to bring our goldendoodle with us. Large enough for our family of 5 plus the pup. We rent a pontoon from Spend a day Marina, fish, boat, tube and kayak on the lake. Love evenings at the dock with a fire and the cotton candy sunset views from the dock. Thank you to the Ferbus family for hosting us year after year. ”

“Location is excellent! Lake, beach & local restaurants were a short distance. Very clean & homey ! We had no issues except that the fridge did not seem to hold it's coldness, but when I informed host, she sent out maintenance right away & actually came down herself & rectified the problem. Would highly recommend!!”

Although we ran into a few issues at the beginning with the water filter and some electrical problems, the response from the owner and their on-site team, including Teresa and her husband, was truly impressive. “This was a great property and the house was very nice. Susan was quick to answer questions and was very nice to work with. The house accommodated our group of 16 easily! The screened in porch was the most utilized room as it kept us from the mosquitos. The kids appreciated the activities in the garage and the bikes as well. Susan provided water, TP, paper towels, trash bags, snacks, coffee and coffee pods too! She also provided firewood and stuff to make s’mores! I have booked many homes/condos……

“We love this house! Plenty of room and activities. We've stayed before and hope to stay again. We play pool, card games, swim and fish off the dock. Our rental boat fits just fine also. Neighbor is really nice and helped us out of a jam when we needed it, very friendly. ”
