We truly enjoyed our stay at both condos in Spinnaker. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in the 2 units. Both offered everything we needed for our stay. The best is that they are walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect place for our family
Can’t say enough good things about this property. Location is close to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was a big hit to start and end every day and the communication with the the owners was top notch. We will stay here again if (when!) we return. Highly recommended.

Thanks, this was a great weekend.
Thanks, this place is the optimal place to stay to experience Lahaina. It is close to ALL the good restaurants and only a short walk to baby beach which is the nicest beach in the immediate area. ended up saving a ton of money as we didn't even need a car while staying here! Just Uber from the airport and you can be car free for your whole stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing.

Perfect for casual and relaxing stay in Lahaina.
The property was very comfortable for us and very well supplied with amenities to make our stay pleasant. The one caveat I would mention is that once the unit upstairs from us was occupied there was water from the cooling unit dripping onto our lanai so that it was no longer possible to take meals outdoors. I appreciated the well stocked cooking tools and it was nice to have some basic condiments in the cupboards.

Great fun!
The condo had all of the amenities we were looking for that made our stay on Maui enjoyable- nice kitchen facilities for cooking, well kept up furnishings, spacious bed rooms and a reserved parking spot for our rental. The complex also had a pool and laundry room giving it an added plus.

Really enjoyed our 2 weeks at the Spinnaker in Lahaina! So much to see and do!
The property was great! Loved the upgrades to the kitchen. Enjoyed listening to the birds while having our morning coffee on the lanai. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The guest bedroom was clean and adequate but our guests found the bed was too firm, and suggested a foam mattress topper. The pool area was beautiful and everyone was so friendly! Proximity to Front Street couldn’t be any better. This location was fantastic! Barb and Rob

The condo was nice inside; back of the condo is run down; fences need major repairs behind condo ( eyesore) . We never had our designated parking spot ..locals in it. The worse complaint is the manager of the condo ...I do not go on vacation to hear all condo complex manager complaints. The manager in the middle of the day dumps a bucket of chemicals in the pool: who wants to jump in after that. POols not cleaned daily. The OWNER of the condo was very easy to work with. The value was definitely there in the condo.

Aloha Rick, We apologize for the inconveniences that were mentioned in this review. The mentioned damaged fences are due to the recent storm that we just had, it was completely fixed as of last week. As for the designated parking situation, we have cleared that up right away once we found out about it, it was just a misunderstanding with the new tenant that just moved into the complex and thought his assigned parking spot was #67 instead of #68. We highly encouraged our guests to notify us right away if they have any concerns or questions and we could be reached at any times. As far as the new resident manager, our former resident manager was retired and the tasks and responsibilities could be overwhelming for this new manager. We will have a meeting with him and the board of directors to find out more regarding this situations. It was our pleasure having you as our guest. We hope to see you again. Mahalo !

Great location and great condo
We had a great time at this spot. It was very clean and had all the amenities one would need. This was a much better option than staying in a resort. The condo complex had its own pool and hot tub. It was very quiet at night. The complex was a 5 minute walk from the main road in Lahaina. All the major beach destinations were also a quick drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

We travel to Maui often and have stayed in various places on the island, however, this was our first time staying right in Lahaina and for us, this was the best location yet! The condo itself is very comfortable, nice furnishings, everything you will need for an excellent stay. The units are very quite, we never heard the person (people) staying in the unit above us! The owners have definitely thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We liked this location because you can walk to everything; beaches, restaurants,shops, etc. This condo will definitely be our first choice from now on when we travel to Maui!

Perfect place for our budget!
The property is well maintained and fully equipped with the essentials to have a fun and carefree vacation! We appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, and towels! If we had a need, Martin was quick to respond and meet that need. The pool area is lovely! We took advantage of the grill area to prepare supper a few nights. The property is walking distance to Front Road where all the shops are. If we were to come back to Lahaina, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Aloha!

It was just a wonderful week
We stayed in Lahaina for a week and it was just great. We had a little Problem with 2 lamps on our first day. I called Martin and less than one hour it was fixed. The condo itself is just great. It has everything you need eg. Beach chairs boogie boards plenty of towels. The condo is lovely and exclusive furnished and just a short walk to the front street. We were several times at Buba Gump having a drink for sunset. Also walking distance. Thank you Martin we had a great time. Mahalo

Awesome location, clean and updated condo. Wonderful for kids and owners were the best ever!
This condo is fantastic. The owners have another condo in the same complex and my group rented both condos and it was a perfect vacation: enough space for everyone and we could all meet at the pool. If you are traveling with a group, I highly recommend renting both condos-you will be glad you did! They are both ground floor units as well which is a bonus. The other condo had 4 adults and an infant (separate review) and was perfect for them. In this unit we had two adults and two small kids and it was awesome. My kids loved the breakfast bar and I loved being so close to the grocery store and coffee places. A 5 min walk to front street, our coffee joint, and our favorite Thai food. The location can't be beat and it made for a wonderful and convenient trip. The pool is wonderful with a hot tub and several grills and tables which we took advantage of *make sure you read and abide by posted rules*. There is a laundry room on site for all the towels you'll go through! The condo was extremely comfortable and big enough that we didn't feel like we were always in each other's way. It's well appointed-has most everything you might need for a few days. We stayed almost two weeks so it was nice to have the foodland within walking distance. Bede and Martin were very understanding and outstanding with getting back to us quickly when we had questions and were even able to have their staff drop off a few things we needed. They were the best VRBO owners I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They deserve a great big hug from our family! I can't say enough about this place, my family is already talking about if we can all make it back next year and if we can, we will absolutely stay in these units again. Mahalo, Bede and Martin!

This property was excellent! Great location and close to all amenities and Front Street. Walking distance to any restaurants you may want to try on front street. The unit itself was also great. Friendly atmosphere at the pool great spot for the kids to cool off after a long hot day at the beach.

Perfectly located and comfortable stay!
This condo is close to everything in Lahaina - 2 blocks from a grocery store/bank/outlet mall/Starbucks, etc. You are a very short walking (4-5 mins) distance from Front Street where all the shops/restaurants/tour activities are. Also a short walk (10-15 mins) to "baby beach". The condo itself is adequately stocked, furnished and very clean. There is a nice pool on the grounds with outdoor grills and a laundry room with machines that actually do a good job getting your clothes clean. Also, if not renting a car, there are bus/trolley stops very close by that will take you back/forth from Whaler's Village (hotel resort/shopping mall area) that is nearby. The owners are very responsive and helpful and quickly answered any and all questions we had. We very much enjoyed our time there (10 nights) and would book again if returned to Maui!

I found this through a friend and booked it solely on location, photos, and value for money. This property, and it's owners did NOT disappoint and exceeded my expectations in every way. According to Google maps, this property is a 7-minute walk from Front Street ~ that's a lie ~ it's about a 4 min stroll LOL ...You are right in the heart of Lahaina, but just tucked far enough back to avoid excessive traffic and pedestrian noise from the shops and restaurants. Right from the start, Martin and Bebe were lightening fast in my enquiries about parking, local attractions, etc and were extremely helpful and hospitable. The place itself is very tastefully decorated, and they have provided so many items that were helpful: stacks of beach towels, boogie boards, lawn chairs, hair dryers, ironing board and iron ~ so many things that made our stay easier. The back patio area of the suite is lovely and the outdoor pool in this complex was divine. Lounge chairs, a social area with tables/chairs, BBQ and a hot tub made for a wonderful end to every day. Every room had both a very large ceiling fan, and an air conditioner which was excellent- our week in Maui was hotter than usual. The full-size fridge and stove with oven, blender for smoothies, and coffee maker were used daily and we enjoyed making our own snacks and blender drinks. Our hosts were very flexible with check in and check out times~ and were extremely patient as well as offering thoughtful advice. Hands down the best stay I've had anywhere, and outstanding value for money- I cannot imagine anyone NOT enjoying their stay here. I definitely recommend you skip the hotels and stay here instead with more amenities, nicer ambience for similar cost of a hotel. Thank you Martin and Bebe :-D

This was a very well cared for condo in Lahaina, Hawaii.
We stayed the week of June 20th, 2017. Everything was perfect for our family of four!!!! We had a rental car, so we were able to get around very well. The location of the condo was so convenient to the restaurants and beach. The only thing missing, was one more week. Two weeks would have made it perfect. Lovely sunsets, so close. Yummy, shaved ice. We booked The Spinnaker for 4 nights as relief from the crippling hotel bills we would be facing for the rest of our three week journey. While the decor may not have been as fancy, this well appointed two bedroom unit delivered in spades. As an interior decorator I confess to being a design snob; and we rarely venture outside of 5 star hotels. However, I found this quaint apartment to be tastefully decorated and, whilst not cutting edge cotemporary, it was smartly renovated to easily satisfy the most picky customer. The right mix of modern - island style, with clean, updated kitchen and bathroom, especially at this price point. So while the unit is very good, its location is the real selling point. Absolute walking distance to the all the action of Front Street. Also, the pool in the complex really exceeded our expectations. As an added bonus, the apartment comes with plenty of supplies..... boogie boards, sand buckets etc. The kitchen is well stocked with basic necessities (salt, pepper etc) The service received from Martin and Bebe, was polite and efficient. So, don't hesitate to book this place. Bth your companions and wallet will thank you.

Very nice stay! Location was within blocks of restaurants, beach, shopping.
The building was a bit dated, but the unit was nicely renovated, clean and comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area was awesome! Too bad there wasn't in-suite laundry, but there is pay laundry on the property. Nice modern look on the inside of the condo and comfortable furnishings.

Great Place to Call Home for a Week
4 ladies having a girlfriend getaway stayed here for five nights and we couldn't have asked for a better place! The suite had plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably. This isn't a resort, but an actual residential complex complete with great neighbors to chat with at the pool or run into while in town. The pool/hot tub area was a truly lovely place for relaxing after a hard day of... relaxing! Never having to fight for parking in Lahaina Town was a BIG plus, too! I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a low-key place to stay while in paradise. Thanks for having us, Martin & Bebe!

First time in MAUI (March-April)
One of the best vacations we had. We've heard a lot of good things about Maui but we didn't know what to expect on the island. Very easy to deal with Bebe and Martin (the owners) and very responsive and helpful. Being the first time in Maui we had extra questions and they were very prompt with answers. The place was clean and you can tell was recently renovated. We had everything you need it in the kitchen except a cork screw which was quickly delivered by Martin when I texted him. This is to emphasize again how quickly they responded to an issue. On the third night we had an incident that we thought is going to continue on for the rest of our stay. We received the visit of three cockroaches. I alarmed Bebe the next day and she sent the housekeeper right away while we were on the beach. It was reported back that after the inspection they couldn't find traces of roaches and probably they came from the neighbors. I was skeptical at the beginning but I can tell that until the last day we haven't seen any leg of any bug in the house so probably was an isolated incident. Over all we liked the condo and despite of all the little incidents we'll consider it again when we'll return.

Great location, newly decorated, attentive manager
We stayed here with 5 adults and a baby and really enjoyed our stay. It's in a great location and is very quiet. This condo is on the opposite side of the highway so we never heard any highway noise. The place is small, but has nice furniture, tvs, and a well stocked kitchen. We had a few minor housekeeping issues, but Martin was very quick to respond and resolve the issues as needed. There are 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a cooler, sand toys, and beach towels provided, as well as parking right out front- all things that other places charge extra for. The pool was basic but clean. If you're looking for a fancy resort, this is likely not your place. But we found it to be a great value and would return.

Beautiful little condo
The Spinnaker is a great location for being able to walk to everything in Lahaina. Our condo was very nice and clean and Bebe was great at getting back to us with any questions we had. It is a two bedroom condo but I don't feel it would be comfortable for more that two people as the living area is quite small and not a lot of seating area. But was great for just the two of us. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that there is a street directly behind the condo so lots of traffic noise if you want to have your lanai door open. Other than that I would definitely recommend it.

Home away from home !
We could not have been happier with our stay in Bebe condo at The Spinnaker! Clean and comfortable, everything we needed included, and an amazing location as well! We will stay there again, highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing value in the heart of Lahaina!
