The rooms were extremely small. The carpet smelt and felt like it had never been cleaned. Very uncomfortable stay due to the overall feeling of being in an unclean environment

Having stayed here on a few occasions, i was disappointed at how poor the service was. The staff were stingy - would only give me one coffee sachet and whitener. When i asked for more, they would make me wait for 20 minutes. This happened 3 times in two days so want a one off but some sort of cost saving measure!

Hassnain Ali was a very helpful person and very accommodating. Due to a computer glitch there was a delay in check in but he made it up very well and his attitude towards the whole situation was amazing. I enjoyed staying here. He and his team do focus on customer service. Will surely come again soon.
