No -smoking hotel that smells of cigarettes. Cigarette burn marks in barhroom. Air conditioner poor and no internet.

The outside of the property was well keep up, clean, and secluded. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and polite. The room had an old moldy, musty smell. There were dead bugs in the room and the cabinets and drawer were broken and missing. The a/c needed to be serviced and clean the smell reaked coming from it. The room was infested with roaches everywhere. We look a lost and left. The outside was nothing compared to what we entered in

The lady at the front desk was rude. The room was very nasty bed sheets had stain on them. There was no toilet paper. We did not stay at the property we left and went else where. Woodspring suits was one of the worst places i have seen in a while. I would not recommend it for anyone to stay there.

Booked 2 rooms they gave me one room on the 3rd floor the other room on the 4th. Make it too the room toliet stopped out,phone didnt work to call down stairs. Elevator went out because. So had to take the stairs. After a hour Elevator came back up staff said it was over heated. Then as we was leaving a pitbull jumped on me and my sister. So we got off and had to wait again for another Elevator. So it wasn't a good night at all. Its dog friendly and u can tell by the smell in the hallway

Roaches crawling everywhere! On the floor, walls,cabinets and even in the fridge! ! Room floor was dirty sticky. Hall way was dirty with trash and dirty linens on floor. Hotel was overcrowded. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. A complete disaster.

When I arrived it was closed and after 20 minutes of talking to the reception a person came and said it was closed, to which I answered that I had a reservation and she answered angrily that it was closed to me and another client who arrived

This property was great for the price, however hot water in shower was substandard and borderline cold most of the time, keycards had to be changed out often for not working, front desk left unattended with guest waiting in line, had trouble accepting Expedia discounts at check in

The young lady at the check in counter was exceptionally nice. When we arrived, check in and realized the terrible condition of our room, she did listen to me and moved us to a different room. That room was just as bad as the first room and after i had a complete meltdown, we opted to leave the hotel entirely and a new place to stay. There is not one thing that was good or safe about this hotel.

This property is listed as a 8.8 rating but it is not located in a safe part of town and is a location that houses transients. My friend traveling with me was completely mortified that the rooms appeared dirty and lacked standard security.

Upon entering the room, the tv would not turn on. I noticed there was no curtains, shower curtain, and no towel to take a bath. I saw there was a dead spider on the floor on the bathroom. I had to put a shoulder into the door to open it because it was not square.

Couldn’t even get into room, kept getting code wrong, then on the third try, they gave us a key to someone else’s room. While I’m waiting on my husband to run and down to try and get keys, I’m watching a cockroach crawling on the door. They refused to give us a refund so we went elsewhere. front of kitchen refrigerator had rust markings and spots over the entire front. Had a range hood but completely disconnected, even the light switch was pulled out. Lack of coffee maker, paper cups, ice bucket or bathroom essentials. Had to go to front desk to obtain towels. Side doors to property had broken locks which left it unsecured. Property looked nice but once inside looks worn out.

Didn’t get to stay there but paid for 3 nights , which were not refunded. The front desk was very unprofessional at helping me resolve the issue. Over all no communication whatsoever. Manager and staff had different excuses as to why the money could not be refunded on site.

Pulling up after 11pm there were people outside laying on the sidewalks, smoking pot, playing very loud music. The room was clean enough but every surface was sticky. There was hardly any water pressure. The soap was used. There is not a breakfast. We saw a few cockroaches. I was glad the steel bed frame, with a one mattress, had a mattress cover to keep out bed bugs.

I felt completely unsafe when checking in, the property had people having out side that were not staying there- just having around.. Some people laying on the sidewalk. There were big crates inside the lobby. It was dirty and disgusting. I went to check out n and walked right back out!

doubled charged for sewer/weed aroma
charged me twice for the room having to fight to get it back...hotel smelled of weed and the elevator smelled of sewer the bed was small and there was 1 pillow and 1 towel...I was honestly worried about my vehicle in the parking lot as the hotel was off the beaten path....DO NOT RECOMMEND...the front desk girl was very nice though
