“The proximity to Great Lakes Recruitment Center, Sarge’s Meet & Greet, restaurants, etc. is perfect. We were in town for our son’s boot camp graduation and knew we wanted more room to hang out than a typical hotel room would offer. It was great to be able to relax, watch movies, just hang out with our sailor for the precious two days we had. This place has location, location, location if you’re coming in for boot camp graduation.”

The house was on the water so we were able to have access to the boat the entire stay. There is a restaurant next door to the house as well. Very quiet neighborhood too. Will stay here again!!”

Had everything we needed, was a nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors? Close to everywhere we needed to go. Only suggestion would be to have the owners secure the rugs, they are very slippery. ”

“The hospitality was like no other at this VRBO. They left a smote making kit, fresh baked cookies, coffee, any and all that you would need or want for your home. He told me the app to download to access the house, but gave absolutely no instructions how that was to be done. “Christmas family getaway was everything we expected. The house is beautiful. Perfect set up so our littel one could go to bed and we could play games in the game room. Looking forward to returning during the summer and being able to use all the outside amenities. Property manager was a delight and extremely helpful with everything.”

“I agree with all of the reviews that the location to Recruit Training Command is second to none. We picked up and dropped off my son every day no problem. It was extremely convenient. What people should be aware of is the neighborhood is a bit rough. The place is on a fairly major road, so road noise and street lighting is a constant presence. The place is definitely "humble" in the beds are not the most comfortable, and odd things like the hot and cold water are swapped in a couple faucets....
