“Suite was well stocked with everything we needed. There were balconies facing the lake and park. We were on the park side, nice view. Very much appreciated the parking garage. The short walk to restaurants and the Riviera was great.”

“Our villa was clean and we had zero issues with it - everything worked. Laundry was easy to use, and we were even able to get room service. Somewhat unexpected given that the villas are detached from the main lodge. The only thing to know is that villas guests *do not* have access to the main outdoor pool, which means one cannot use the outdoor food/bar there. “So great getting the value of the resort while staying at the holiday inn side. Our room was large and comfortable with the entire living room and kitchen that came with it. Getting to take advantage of the great restaurants and bar in the main sister Geneva lodge has its perks. Staff was very helpful and quick to bring extra blankets for the food out couch.”

“The rooms that don’t overlook the lake are not worth the price. Unless you walk around the parking lot to the back of the property or go to the restaurant, you’ll never see the lake. The property is quaint but not very well maintained. The ceiling fan made a dreadful scraping noise so couldn’t be used, the ac came on and off all night loudly enough that it wakes you when it goes off and on.
