“With respect to feeling welcomed, the Lodge is Best In Class. We had never been there, but the communication prior to our visit was top notch. When we checked in, Colleen (sp) took the time to "show us around", and the printouts we received covered every single question we might have asked. Finally, we might have to go back simply to get anothernbag of amazing Chocolate Chip cookies.”

“Great roadside inn. Room was cozy and perfect. I visited in winter when most tourist amenities are closed, so glad this inn stays open. Fridge, microwave, and fully-stocked coffee machine were very helpful. Everything was clean and staff was very nice to leave the light on for me when I told them I was arriving late at night. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“Beautiful facility, comfortable bed and well equipped unit with a kitchen and laundry. Good location right downtown. The only down side is the lack of on site parking. Nearest parking garage was only a block or so away, but leaving early in the morning during a snowstorm and having to drag a suitcase that distance was less than ideal. ”

“Everything is great. They are our favorite in TC. However, I think the rooms arw due for a makeover. They seem to be getting a little shoddy. It to be expected in a high turnover area like TC. But the bathrooms are starting to look a little rough.”

“Room was dirty, dirty bandaide next to jacuzzi tub, shower had fried scum on the wall and i was stuck on the side of the rd in a blizzard dang near all night told them i wasnt going to be able to make it back for my second night . Paid for 2 nights $350 dollars to get a dirty rm and be stuck on the side of the rd and no one offered to help in any way no refund no nothing. Ive stayed here multiple times and this one was by far the worst. I will no longer be going back. ”

“Staff were great. Pool area was really clean. Arcade was fun. Breakfast was delivered to our room which was awesome. 24/7 convience area with lots of options. Would stay again.”

“The room was clean when we arrived. The king size bed was very hard and the four pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, I wish we would have brought our own. My husband enjoyed the breakfast so that was a plus. I would say the major negative for me was after checking in I received a text from the hotel stating they only service the room every three days so if we need anything I could contact them and they would take care of it which I was completely fine with.
