Everything about the property was great. The two people who I interacted with, probably the owners were very nice and helpful. Nice little breakfast was put out during our stay. Muffins were great. Rooms were just right and very clean. Very nice area to sit outside and relax at anytime. Enjoyed sitting out at their dock watching the sunrise and sunset. Perfect location for visiting Northport, leeland and Glen arbor.
Would definitely recommend!!

Whaleback Inn is one of the coziest places we have ever stayed. The Innkeepers, Ty and Rachel, could not have been more warm and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate, and the beds were super comfortable and well made – like a Tempurpedic! I
t's a perfect home base for exploring all of the Leelanau Peninsula, with a beautiful view of Lake Leelanau. The Inglenook room is open 24 hours and equipped with a complete kitchen, complimentary coffee and tea, with purified water available. Snacks and bottled water are available for purchase. This was our 2nd stay here, and can't recommend it highly enough. We will be back!

The views of the lake and set up of the property was well thought out. Very welcoming and helpful innkeepers! Cabin was clean and well maintained. The location of the cabin was close to restaurants, the beach, but quiet and secluded just outside of town. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back to stay again.
