“Lots of rooms and great set up. Check in was delayed over an hour which was difficult for out of town family. ”

“The inside of the property was great but the outside was not in good shape. The back patio was covered with mildew, moss, and dirt. The thresholds were rotted and the door and window frames were dirty, rotting, and had mildew all over them. The grill had old ashes in the bottom and hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Lastly the front steps were nice but did not have a railing on them.”

“The house was nice and clean. Very nice place. The reservations did not say anything about not being able to have a boat there per HOA. However when i messaged the owner she was very prompt about messaging me back and sje worked it out for us. She was not aware the reservations did not specify no boats. She was very accomidating to our needs. When we return in October for rhe nezt tournament we will be reserving this place again. The property was very clean and its a nice quiet place. We...
