“This appears to be a property managed by a Property Management company.Location was ideal for our needs. Property was clean and the mattresses were in good shape.Outside property condition, gutters & back/side deck are in need of attention. This was the 3rd occasion that we have stayed at this location & the large clock on the wall in the main area was broken on the 1st stay in August & had not been replaced by our 3rd visit in October. “Great communication from the host. The house was comfortable and clean, and conveniently located not too far from the University of South Carolina campus and football stadium.”

“Great response to concerns. Clean and roomy. Would have liked more seating in living room as there was only a 2 seater couch. Had to bring own detergent for washing machine. No towels in kitchen just cheap paper towels. Pots and pans need replaced. Backyard was huge and fdnced for my dog. Nice driveway for parking and quiet neighborhood and convenient to area.”
