I would also like to assure you that our hot tub is being replastered and repaired which is why it is not listed as an amenity. As soon as it is open and safe to use we will be updating our listing.

Hi John, Our early check in costs range between 50 to 10 depending on the date and time. I have updated our listing to include these rates. Our housekeepers take lunch until 12:40 pm so when you arrived there was no way for her to check the status of your room to give you an estimate on when the room would be ready. However, our new software sends a text as soon as we have inspected the room as clean and the cost of an early check in. Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Hi Victor, I understand it is frustrating that our hot tub has been under repair since late October 2023. However, we removed the hot tub as one of our amenities, as soon as the hot tub was no longer available. Your reservation was made in March 2024 so that information was available to you at the time of booking. As soon as the hot tub is available we will update the 3rd party sites to reflect the change.
