“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“Although the hotel was under construction, it does not excuse the fact that my room smelled like onions. I left thinking that I had pink eye as a result of the strong horrific smell of my room. The staff was very friendly and parking was great.”

“This casino was so nice and the staff was amazing! The food at the Sea Food restaurant was fantastic! The pool was also so nice! I did a spa treatment with Dawn and she did a great job! I will defiantly go back to her! My only issue was the beds that were in tower 1, were so uncomfortable and also the pillows. I guess the beds in tower 2 are better, so I will remember that next time! When checking people in let them know 55 and older receive a 20 percent discount on food. We were not told……

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”
