“The shower was very small and the spay leaked But the maintance man fixed asap. No instructions how to use boat commode. Lots of noise from maintance people which was annoying.”

“I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ……

“An older, beautifully built boat. It does have boat odors, so those sensitive to smells should take that into account. It is located on an inner birth which to me detracts from the value of the rental significantly. Size is fine for one, tight for 2 people. I wouldn’t consider it for larger parties. ”
