“My sweetheart and I take turns doing surprise get aways for each other. It was her turn to do one. Imagine my surprise when she pulled up dockside to a group of boats. I was completely puzzled. Then she informed me that we would be staying on one. We boarded the Lila F. and were astonished at how beautiful the boat is. “This home was immaculate! Everything was clean and worked perfectly. And that view is just breathtaking. The differences in low tide and high tide make you feel like your on a small lake one minute and then the ocean in the next. 3 kayaks are available to use and we took them out almost everyday. We also saw seals multiple times a day playing out in the water and ever jumping up on the dock. The pictures do not do this property justice. “We found this property to be clean, comfortable and in a great location for our trip. We appreciated the easy communication with the host. The view of the Space Needle is fabulous, but if you are booking this property based on the photos of the expansive views towards the water from the living area and one of the bedrooms, know that those views are now blocked by construction next door. We were disappointed that we weren’t told about this discrepancy. ”

“Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. We had breakfast up in Queen Anne and it was so nice being able to go from downtown to QA so easily to experience more of what the area has to offer. This location definitely……
