We selected this particular Holiday Inn Express due to the excellent reviews, cleanliness and friendliness of staff and were willing to drive a little further for a high star rating. We only took advantage of the hot breakfast once but it was a full breakfast with fresh items. Wanted to give Aaron a shout out at the front desk for accommodating our request for late check out since we had a late evening flight. He was super friendly and made our stay extra enjoyable. Would we stay here again? Absolutely yes.

Carpet cleaning without notice. I also requested that I would like to extend my stay another night if I had to because I was moving and had several bags left in my room. I was told that it would be fine to extend by 12:30, but when I returned, they said they were sold out and said I had to leave. They could have called me or notified me beforehand. They were rude when I returned. I’m very disappointed in the service and also not being told that the carpet and furniture was being cleaned and could still be damp in areas.

They were very nice people there is a trail that you can walk around with your children literally up on the sidewalking down the only thing I did not like is that their pool closes very early and when that closes the place where you can sit and relax was closed also when you have children they do not like to be kept up in a hotel room

I paid $240 for one night to stay (reserved) and they gave us a key to someone else’s room. Walked back down and they tell us that they had given our room to someone else and they didn’t have their cleaning person on site anymore. Manager came and upgraded us to a suite room so it ended up turning out okay.

Lo que me gustó : camas cómodas , ropa de cama limpia sin mal olor . Varias toallas en el baño también limpias . En el baño hay body wash , shampoo y condicionador . Hand wash y hand cream . Hay un mini fridge y un microondas. Hay bastante parqueo . Y café en la habitación. No me gustó : el teléfono suena a las 5 am todos los días . La tina sucia . Con moho y casi no sale agua del shower . Las toallas de la piscina apestan . La piscina no tiene calentador y la cierran 8:30 pm . Los juegos del patio están rotos . En malas condiciones. El elevador se rompe a menudo . El desayuno no es tan bueno . Y en general muy caro el hotel para tan malas condiciones. No regreso .

I really enjoyed this property, the room was very nice and well appointed and very comfortable beds. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Unfortunately it was booked stating it was pet friendly, Big sticker on front door states Pets not Allowed , needless to say we could not stay there . Online is a different story . Staff was very nice refunded could not stay with our dogs had to make other arrangements for the night .

We were attacked in our beds by a swarm of ants and had to wake up from our sleep to change rooms. both rooms were disgusting, mold in shower, toilet was not properly sealed and shaking, toilet bowl was caked in feces and repulsive. shower heads had terrible water spots and entire bathtub just covered in shower scum and mold.
