Lobby and rooms have a fun design. The property is maintained well. The lobby has fun activities for the kids and the characters made appearances too. Disappointments were there was no house keeping service during our stay. For what you pay for to stay there, they should have your room cleaned each morning. At least to make the beds and empty the trash. That’s really expected in hotels. Clearly they’re trying to cut costs, but you expect to have your roomed cleaned every morning in a hotel and you feel a little ripped off when it’s not. Plus, with all the diaper wearing guests in the hotel, they should be emptying everyone’s trash cans daily! Ours filled up with dirty diapers during our stay. Also our bed was a problem, because they put a double size comforter on our queen bed and we were struggling to stay covered through the night, which was uncomfortable. Then the bed was a complete mess in the morning, since the comforter didn’t go past the edge of the bed and no one came in to make it. So we were stuck trying to fix it so we could get back in the next night. Just put a damper on our stay there.

This hotel is not what it’s all hyped up to be. The indoor pool was very small I could imagine when the summer breaks even tho there’s an outdoor pool the facility was very small . For this property to be less than two years old you can tell it’s already falling apart it was very poorly constructed and don’t get be started on the number of teens working there let alone an 18 year old serving me alcohol definitely not a good experience.

The water park wasn’t open during our stay on May 10-11th but the indoor pool was open. If you don’t have life jackets , buy them before going . There aren’t any available on site to purchase. I tried for days to reach front staff to ask specific questions in relations to my stay but no one ever answered. Once you’re there it’s fun. We won a towel playing power puff girls bingo . We didn’t dine in the restaurant but there were many near by. We also got discount tickets to Dutch Wonderland

Very expensive extra things for the kids to do!! Only one character to meet and greet at a certain time!! They should be around the common areas for the kids!!

The only thing we didn’t like was the indoor pool was small but I’m sure it’s design to enjoy the summer months because the outdoor area liked awesomeness but it wasn’t open yet. Other than that everything was great the staff members were very polite and helpful treated our son like a king there. He had a blast which made us very happy.

Great access to Dutch Wonderland. It’s just a nicely themed Motel, which would be overpriced if you don’t make use of their discounted tickets and early access. With that, it’s well priced, and the activities for the kids are nice (like PJ dance party, meet the characters, etc). The breakfast was overpriced and not very good, I would eat elsewhere. We stayed in a standard room, and I would not recommend that; lots of vehicle noise. Next time I would stay facing the pool so it is quieter. Also, the AC / heat is very loud and turns on and off, which is pretty standard for a motel, but unusual at the price point.

The hotel is walking distance to the Tanger Outlets and Dutch Wonderland. Target is a two minute drive which was so helpful. A lot of dining options around which was awesome. The hotel had an arcade and kid activities in the main building which was really great. The indoor pool was underwhelming but did its job. The outdoor pool and splash pad weren’t open yet but looked really cool. The walls are like paper thin so if your neighbor farts you can hear it. Biggest drawback was that the room did not have a microwave. We have an infant that we need to warm up her milk and use microwaveable sanitizing bags to clean her bottles and had to walk to the laundry room (where the ice maker and share microwave were) every single time we needed to do this. Very inconvenient. Overall happy though and we would stay again.

I am glad i didn't let the négative reviews sway me away. The place is as seen on social media, very bright, colorful ànd decorated well. Very impressed with consistancy of theme throughout. However i am mostly greatful for the friendly and helpful staff, who are youthful and helpful. Alex the manager, helped to make my sons birthday as special as possible. It was a bit pricy, but worth it for the access to indoor pool area on a cold and rainy day..We will definitely be back. Location is great, something to do and eat within 1-5 miles, to please everyone in the family

I came at the wrong time because of the weather to fully enjoy the scenery. But i will go back so my family can enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. But it was still nice to see all the hotel had to offer and it was very convenient to shopping and dining. B

The room was clean. The bathroom was very small with a little bit of mold in corners. The kids had fun in the pool. They had 4 lifeguards for a small pool. The outside water area was cool, but closed because it's April. The kids liked the theme and the activities in the lobby. I booked through Expedia and it was $68 but when I wanted to stay another night the hotel was going to charge double that, which in my opinion is not worth that price. Overall the rooms are comparable to like an econo lodge but the pool and activities made up for it. Restaurant was closed due to no staff.

The property was beautiful and interactive for the children. I loved the characters and the opportunity to take pics with them but the times posted for the interactions were not accurate. The food was great and the guests kept quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! There are so many amenities here. Great for people with small children. We used the beautiful indoor pool (can’t wait to return and use the outdoor one). The continental breakfast was perfect to get us going. The kids enjoyed the arcade, the art room, scavenger hunt. The room was perfect, we have two young kids that enjoyed the bunk beds, with individual TVs. Great location, great staff, and great experience. We took so many photos. We will be back!

I feel like I expected more from this property . The staff working the front moved EXTREMELY slow and has no decency to even communicate with everyone about the wait . The kitchen has specific hours they’re open to eat , however when we came trying to eat they had the restaurant closed off and no one was there to explain what was going on . We asked the front desk staff what was going on and they also had no clue yet NO ONE tried to help us . As we walked aimlessly trying to find someone to let us in to eat we finally were told they had just completed a trivia game and were cleaning up … they ended up opening almost an hour after the time they stated that they’d be opening for dinner . The rooms were motel style and they were decent . The only reason I gave 3 stars was because our showers weren’t cleaned properly had some built up grime along the walls . Definitely kid friendly , but if you have work to do as an adult , there aren’t places to sit to get any work done . They have larger suites that I saw on the website , but I was unable to book them because they didn’t show up , but we are a family of 5 and the room just wasn’t big enough to accommodate. Otherwise it’s still a decent hotel .

Cartoon Network Hotel was a nice stay. Its certainly not a resort, but offers on-site dining (which we did not try), an indoor pool, outdoor pool/splash pad area during Summer, a small arcade, and activities for kids throughout the day. The pool is open late enough for after dinner fun, but I wish it was open earlier. The rooms are set up in an outdoor motel style and were clean. The rooms were a bit small for a family of four, but the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds with their own TVs. Staff was very nice and the lifeguards were very attentive in their duties. Kids are able to jump into the pool which was a nice surprise. There are lots of chain dining options very close by and lots of shopping, Tanger outlets, and more dining just a very short distance away.

Definitely NOT a hotel😒 more like those motels at ocean city. My room was small, nothing spectacular two twin beds sheets felt like paper. No comforters. Room was cold the heat keep restarting and pushing out cold air first then Luke warm. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair and dirt still inside. They sell you I. The arcade and i promise the arcade was as big as my bedroom at home. Small as hell. I wouldn’t return. The food was mediocre and bland. I did get a drink at the bar and the new bar tender was pretty good. Had a little hiccup with cashing out but he figured it out quickly.

After reading numerous negative reviews, I attempted to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt. However, upon arrival, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Firstly, the pool water was alarmingly cloudy, with numerous particles floating in it, causing considerable concern. Additionally, the bed in my room was broken in half, resulting in severe back pain upon waking. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I made the decision to cancel my reservation for the second night and relocate to another facility.
