Stayed one night here and that was enough.
The breakfast seemed to be stopped for the time being, there was a closed sign across the entry sign. The fish tank in the lobby is green and gross-looking, but the staff was nice.
The general condition of the property is below average I would say. Multiple guests were smoking directly outside their rooms, there was trash around the property, and there was a bunch of out-of-order equipment lying around the exterior of the complex.
On to the room. At first glance, it seemed "okay". I have heard things about cockroaches and bedbugs in rooms. We saw neither, so 1 for RRI. The floors in the rooms were not clean, but they were also not the worst I have ever seen. The beds were stained all over, but again, no bugs, so a trade-off I am willing to make. The pillows and mattresses seemed like they had been in use since the early 2000s. The beds were creaky. The AC unit was squeaking every 30 minutes or so, the curtain in front of the window would not fully extend closed, and the window would not lock fully. The door would lock fine, but there was a pretty major gap on the sides and bottom allowing outside air (and smoke) to come in.
Overall, you get what you pay for. It was nice being close to everything, but if I had to do it all over again, I think I would have spent the extra $30-50 and gotten a much nicer room/experience.
