Great restaurants and a varied choice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner where very, very good. All the resort is exceptional for someone looking to start skiing. The rooms are average but decent for the costs.

Great venue for a weekend away with the kids. Adventureland was great, food nothing to rave about but perfectly fine, all in all provided a great weekend away

very close to Indoor ski, that's the good part. the fact that once you are in (they got your money) nobody cares about you, and all the limited available staff are busy collecting money from Ski-Slope goers. They Promised to reimburse my non used 90Euro ski-pass, till now no refund after they forced their way into my Credit Card, took the money without asking and Bombarded me with Silence-Treatment…

We had fun!
Overall it was a good. Kids had fun on the slopes. What I really don’t like is the bathroom/shower😏. Shower floors are moldy. We stayed in the Comfort room for 2nights and one night in a Junior Suite. Both shower floors are moldy. The rooms are nice though. We really liked the Junior suite with the balcony overlooking the town.

I stayed here for a training weekend, its a nice hotel, comfortable room, the bbq dinner was excellent. parking easy, and very straightforward access to the skiing. Very happy

Disappointed. Beds only!!!!
I had a room where 4 beds were arranged (sofa+2 single). Because of that my room was pretty untidy and uncomfortable. When enter the room you see beds only there. I asked the reception why I have 4 beds in my room, they said nobody else booked that room, that's it :) I would understand if I booked a room with beds only but... it is 4* hotel and I am very disappointed.

People that work at this facility are not very friendly. My wife and I were visiting Holland from America and we’re disappointed with the service of the personnel there and cleanliness of our room. Our room was not swept and basic amenities missing, such as enough soap for two people, Kleenex, etc. Advertised internet service was poor and the TV remote did not work. Workers there were not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel was very cold, unable to turn off the build in ventation in 2 rooms i was finally given a room with no cold ventalation. Staff were very helful diring this process. I stayed here on business visiting from uk, just a word of warming, there us no translation of anything inti english. Bar menu etc. Not a problem as long as you have google translate and staff are happy to help. Very nice rooms, no hanging clothes space in standard rooms. Overall good value for the money

SKI REFRESHER SHORT STAY
Loved it. Great location and the room was above expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning during the Summer months, as the outdoor activity area looks great too.

Nice hotel to stay - like a chalet in the Alps
Nice hotel even if not interested in ski. It feels like a chalet in the Alps due to the wood everywhere, restaurants and of course the ski slopes. Good breakfast. Hope that the restaurant were closing a bit later than 22:00 as some were still skiing.

The heating was not working in the room and it was a cold night. I would recommend the hotel if you intend to go skiing there. Great indoor ski slope.

We had the comfort room which was clean and size was ok. I would stay here again as it’s convenient to go straight on the slope without traveling .

Great for a short break
Great hotel for the ski slopes. You can get changed in your room and walk down to the boot room. Helpful staff.If you value your privacy you won't appreciate the frosted glass toilet door!

Nice hotel, pricey for what you get.
The hotel is not bad, but at the same time it is basic and simple with a price higher than it's worth. The hotel itself offers very little, but I must admit the room was very clean. The complex is great, a couple of restaurants, a bar, outdoor stuff and obviously the skiing. But that is available to anyone, no discounts or benefits to hotel stayers. The breakfast is 15 euro per adult, 10 euro per child. Very basic, but warm and edible. The toilets in the room are very um, European. Fine, but only if you are comfortable sitting on your bed watching someone showering. You can brush your teeth while watching your partner use the toilet to. Perfectly fine if everyone in your room is comfortable with each other, ie a family. Don't recommend it for those more private people. All in all, if you want to use the ski slope, there are other hotels close by, probably save you a lot of money. Lots of restaurants in landgraaff (a short 5 minute drive).

Convenient for Skiing But
As the hotel is adjoined and part of the ski complex it is clearly very convenient. It also has a selection of restaurants, one of which (when open) offers a nice selection of fresh cooked pasta, salad bar and burger type meals at a reasonable price (for hotel rates) and is good quality. As a family of 4 we have stayed in a comfort room before but this time we paid the extra for a loft suit. which does offer more room with the upper floor sleeping area and sofa. However the shower / toilet is still only small area separated by a common frosted glass door from the rest of the room, so offers no privacy. The lower floor area is very small, so all bags / equipment needs to be taken up the stairs. As with the comfort rooms there are still no facilities for making hot drinks or mini fridges etc. The internal walls are thin, hence if you're looking to socialise in the rooms you're likely get complaints and if you're a family with kids or want an early night your get disturbed and a poor night's sleep, either way not great considering the money.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a very nice wellness centre attached which is free to guests and a great indoor ski slope. Only down side is no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms
