“Price is relatively cheap. Rooms are large enough. Nice breakfast. Good service. Pillows have strange smell, some stains on quilt. Found a spider on the nightstand.”

“There were several young adult sports teams stating at this hotel. Although it’s great to see young people out enjoying themselves, the hotel was noisy until quite late. Easy parking and access to various Lansing locations.”

“Room was clean. Pool was closed for maintenance. Air conditioner caused flooding in the room. Was reported twice to management. There were no other rooms available. Management assured I would receive a credit. As of this time, no reimbursement.”

“Very friendly staff! The air conditioner unit in my room sounded like a jet was landing! Thank goodness for my headphones! The hot tub was dirty and the jets were not working. Everything else was good!”

“We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not checked for clean towels, coffee, toiletries, etc during our stay. Breakfast was very minimal and was not replenished. We went to the room about 7am. Bagels and muffins were gone, there were 3 mini muffins, some cold cereal, and a couple bananas. It was difficult to talk to staff as I saw very little of them. We won't stay there again.”

“The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The room was worn and not terribly clean. It felt like it really needed a good deep cleaning, more in depth vacuuming scrubbing. The hotel is just getting older. The breakfast was mediocre, but there were choices. It wasn't bad, it just needed a little love. And for the price and location, it was fine.”

“Every aspect was great except the pool was dirty and pool area not well kept. My granddaughter swam, but,very cloudy and visible dirt around top edge. Staff was wonderful and breakfast great.”

“Although the room was clean, the hotel is really outdated and sad feeling. The bed was very comfortable but the morning breakfast was very slim and coffee was almost non-existent. The evening front desk person was very nice and helpful. The morning folks were rather gruff. Overall would not stay there again.”

“This place was disgraceful! My daughter and I pulled up and the place was scary! It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? We didn’t even get in the room we cancelled and found another hotel! Do not stay here!”
