"Great hotel. Clean, easy location in and of UMich and the airport, good breakfast (the only one I ever see that includes gluten-free muffins!) … do wish they would put the coffee out a bit earlier for the morning ride back to the airport, but a great place to stay when it’s available!"

"The room was very very clean and in excellent shape. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet for the night which was so nice. It is a nice central place to stay. It would be so nice to have a coffee pot in the room but luckily we were right by the lobbiy but most people aren't. The reservation lady could have been a bit more unpleasant but she did give us the information we needed and that's all we have to ask for right."

"Perfect stay with walkability to Michigan stadium and downtown shops and restaurants. Seemed like a safe area with CVS a block over for provisions. Excellent communication. Clean, modern, with comfy bed and pillows and quiet stay on 3rd floor. Platform bed was nostalgic and fun. Loved having full size fridge in kitchen and living room and powder room downstairs. Enjoyed visiting briefly with others staying there. Never stayed in a shared property like this but would do it again and would stay here again. Loud train nearby but only heard around 10 and maybe 11 at night. Needed more towels than supplied for multi night stay. Agree with other reviews about females staying here alone. Security concerns. Only one lock on room door and one night we came in late and front door to the townhome was left wide open by someone. Auto closing front door would solve this issue."

"We needed to check in early and the front desk cheerfully assisted us with this. The kitchen staff was also very helpful when we came in late and asked for food in the last hour of their day. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Ann Arbor, but prefer to be closer to the mall and grocery store rather than downtown. It is away from the hustle and bustle and very peaceful!"

"This was a really nice small hotel. The room and amenities were A+. The exercise room provides equipment comparable to a small gym. I really needed that. The rooms were clean and fairly new. The restaurant on site was the best the chefs meals were tasty. Book if you want a small intimate, clean stay."

"Check in was quick and easy; staff was welcoming. I was apprehensive after reading some not great reviews, but our stay was fine. I believe our room was recently remodeled; it was clean and comfortable. We had no issues during our two night stay and I would stay here again. It was a budget priced hotel and I have no complaints. Breakfast was minimal but that's not anything I worry about. We didn't utilize the pool so not sure about that. We especially liked having a patio outside our room to sit outside."
