“Great room great experience”

“Our new found stay when we are in town. Clean quiet and roomy. Kayla and Mya pleasant and helpful when needed. Very impressed!”

“The property was decently clean, never saw a houskeeper, but pool was stalked with towels and we enjoyed the breakfast. Had a little bit of issues with staff. Slightly rude about curtains to pool area. I just wanted to watch my son from the lobby through the windows and was moving the blinds to see in. Was confronted by staff about it. To be fair I don't think she knew I was a parent. Then we were put on "hold" for the front desk for like 5 minutes. They just placed the phone on the counter……

“The place was absolutely disgusting! From entry way, to the hallways, and our room. The entry way and hallways smelled disgusting. I don’t think they’ve seen a vacuum in the last month nor a carpet cleaner ever! The room was so outdated, that it reminded me of a room from the 90’s. The carpet had never been cleaned, with a vacuum or carpet cleaner. It was stained and sticky. We actually bought cheap flip flops so we could walk in the room without our shoes. The shower and vanity was not……
