Room smelled like mold. A/c wall unit was so loud every time it kicked on. Small ants in the bathroom. Later I found about 4 of the same ants in my suitcase that was never in the bathroom. Will not stay there again.

I was surprised that they don’t give you bottled water in the room. All the other hotels do, I had to call front desk and asked. They did gave me 2 bottles but made it clear that is only for top members. Water is essential and it should be included. I am not planning to use this hotel again .

Noise was an issue
Room was nice but I was located near an exit door and right down from the lobby/dining area. It was very noisy, doors don’t have a quiet closing mechanism so I heard slamming all night. Sleeping was almost impossible. The walls are thin too so you can hear a lot, even the club music that is located around the corner. Service was great and it was clean. So, if noise isn’t an issue for you, it’s a great place to stay.

Best hotel in Laredo
Best customer service! The hotel is one the best hotels in Laredo. The staff service, the cleanliness, the size of the room. Definitely when we come back to Laredo this is the place we will stay. I recommend this place without any hesitation.

My room wasn’t ready. I requested a call back for when they’d have it ready for me and I never received that call. As I walked in front desk receptionist Ashley never greeted me and seemed upset a guest had arrived. Great hotel too bad I can’t say the same for its customer service!

I did not like finding out at check-in, there was a $45 pet fee. I could not cancel there, as Expedia would not refund my payment and there no mention of that fee when I reserved the room. I can afford the fee, but it is the sneaky way I was informed and the snarky attitude of the front desk worker didn't help either. I was very dissappointed and being my first time there, will probably be my last.

We could hear music in our room, barely loud enough to be audible but with strong bass, we could not sleep well. A call to the front desk did not help to solve the issue. The room was not clean, caked-in dust was present on the top of the TV screen and on light switches, cutlery in the kitchen was dirty. Finding a good hotel in Laredo is a challenger, I expected more from a Hilton property and was extremely disappointed.
