I went downstairs and asked the staff if I could check out and have money for the remaining 6 days. He said yes. I went to check out during the day of the next day. At that time, it was another staff member. I asked her to check out. Then she said she didn't know. She needed to ask her manager. Now, a week has been without reply and there has been no refund. I booked for 7 days and only stayed for one night. I will never come to this hotel again, and I will never recommend anyone to come to this hotel."
