"We had a warm and friendly welcome, helped by our ability to speak French (Paul and Genevieve admit that they have very little English!). Be prepared with provisions and fuel when you arrive as the nearest shops are some distance away and likely to be closed at inconvenient times (for the English at least!). "Le Logement de Marine est tout à fait conforme à la description. Propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût, nous avons passé un séjour agréable avec une amie et nos enfants. Bien que le temps ne s’y soit pas prêté, nous avons repéré de jolies balades à faire pour une prochaine fois."

"Gite bien placé a proximité de balade, rivière, cascade dans un endroit jolie et calme! "A beautiful property about a 25 minute walk from the town. The property is well equipped but whilst we were there there was no hot water to the downstairs bathroom or the kitchen (we all had to share one en suite shower)"

"The house is a beautifully restored farm house that is completely equipped with all mod cons plus a few special items like a sauna, fitness machines and a pinball machine. The area is very rural and with many hiking trails in the area."

"The hamlet of Le Mirial was delightful, a truly peaceful away from it all. Madame Albaret, who looks after the keys, was most welcoming and helpful. In fact everyone in the hamlet was friendly. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, with miles of quiet walks. You could not ask for a lovelier Auvergne holiday retreat. Unfortunately the gite itself was a great disappointment. It seems that the owner is still in the process of renovating it and when he has finished it will probably be...

"Comme indiqué, bonne situation géographique pour découvrir la région. Langac à 10km avec très bonne boulangerie, boucherie, super u, inter. Quant au logement un éclairage Led dans la pièce à vivre serait + sympathique, sommes âges entre 70/76 ans , et rafistolage des fauteuils à revoir, le + important il n'y a pas de WiFi."
