“It is a good location on the water with a good dock that was deep enough for our boat despite super low water levels. Overall, house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils/towels/bedding etc. Water comes from a well and has slightly odd smell but it was fine. We had a great time with our family with 4 small kids and my in laws. Grass area out front was very nice for the kids to play and it was great weather in October to bbq and eat outside. Was nice to park boat trailer on property……

“Everything it’s nice. The apartment is well kept and clean. An observation though; it will help if dark shades are placed in the windows.
