This is an one night stay hotel only. The shower space is very small, a tall person can not be comfortable inside the shower. I booked a quadruple, good point for families traveling with kids but there is very steep stairs. I went up and when I came down I slipped and landed on the bed. It sounds fun but it wasn't. Check in by a machine Staff is available just for a few hours per day The heating in my room was not working

Not a bad hotel. Came after hour and had trouble checking in with the machine. Kept asking for reference number but when I used the one i booked with, it didnt work. Found out it was the number the hotel emailed to me. Room was great for the price.

Basic dated room, convenient location.
Very basic cheap hotel. Dated and cramped. The linen was clean and bed was actually comfortable. We arrived when only staff was cleaner who was very sweet and helpful. Self check in worked fine. Convenient location off main road but traffic noise as a result. No kettle or anything in the room.

I loved the self checkin (a code was sent to my email the day before checkin), ample parking (gated after dark) and well lit, the area was quite, the loft style room was perfect for my family of 4, a little small but very clean. many restaurants were closed after 8pm (first week of May is probably not travel season yet) but we were able to find one that was open until 11pm within a few minutes of driving. overall very happy and it was easy on the wallet.

I texted the hotel the day before with no response. Upon arrival, I find a fenced hotel, requiring a code to enter. I rang the company, phoned, to no avail. Were it not for a guest to enter at that moment and there would be no way to enter and check in (the employee mentioned that the phone was out of service...!) Handy location for Mont St Michel or stop over on journey to Calais. Room was functional but shower space lacked height and space so not really usable for anyone over 160cm in height. Attention to cleaning could be better. Also limited staff who must experience the same peak hours customers everyday for breakfast were snappy to the point of being rude, making that assption that you knew how their hotel worked so it was your fault for coming down at peak times. We were not expecting much however this did not match the experience we had at an ibis a couple of weeks before for a similar price.
