Completely unsatisfactory visit, hotel is under construction. Which was not disclosed at booking. But somewhat understandable. What’s not understandable is why there is a very clear sign stating Construction will be conducted from 9am to 5pm daily. But this was not the case at all far from it. Every morning we stayed construction started between 810 and 825… this occurred all 3 days of our stay. Construction also didn’t not stop until 645pm each night we were there. Consistent banging of hammers made it impossible to relax at those times, which is why we took a vacation to visit friends In the area, yet no relaxing was done while at this hotel. When notifying this to the front desk of this issue, all the could tell us was that they would have the manager reach out, a week went by and no one reached out so we had to call multiple times. Finally we get a “Manager” and are told there was nothing they could do because we booked through Expedia. Absolutely BS there’s nothing they can do. Very poor experience all around. 0 customer service from this Hotel

The hot tub was not working, the workout room had no fans and the equipment was very low quality. Workout room had one treadmill that had no fan and was not working properly. Tv in workout room was not working. Breakfast was very highly processed.

The staff really made the trip. The front desk people were very patient despite my constant questions. The cleaning staff were friendly and very good at their jobs never saw a mess and always had plenty of fresh linens.

Excellent stay
We had a very comfortable stay at the Comfort Suites in Leesburg. For once, the room was perfectly quiet. The heater/AC was rather noisy, however, in room 209. The breakfast offerings were extensive, coffee was good, all went well. Except: I did not like the way the interior doors closed automatically, specially the bathroom door. If you took a shower and wanted to get the steam off the mirror, you'd have to prop open the door. I just didn't like having a door close behind me, although I did appreciate that no doors slammed! Definitely will go to Comfort Suites again.

I was in town for a function and then time with family. I was there for 5 days. Check in-couldn’t have gone better. Patrick is an asset to the company! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Had trouble finding a clean, safe place in the past. This place is perfect! I will be back!

We booked through Expedia and ended up paying three times the base rate. This is called shameless price gouging in my book. I understand pricing according to demand, but, three times the base rate??? This is not how you build a loyal customer base…Understandably, it also reflects poorly on Choice Hotels.

I would stay again
The hotel was easy to find and check in was a breeze. I didn't get her name, but the woman that checked me in was very friendly & helpful. Room size was nice, loved having a balcony. Got take-out and enjoyed a night outside. The bathroom could have definitely been a lot cleaner. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really not amazing. There were chicken patties instead of any sausage or bacon.
