It was a lovely resort close to many good restaurants and snorkeling trip is a must do.some maintenance on the resort need doing but still it is in perfect location

My 2020 stay
Beautiful accomodations that could use some minor upgrades. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The only real negative was the Wi-fi. It was spotty, inconsistant and not secured. So if you can't do without your phone, bring a data plan with you.

Waited over an hour for our room, after check in time. Waited in bar and was ignored. was told for 2 days no pool towels, and alot of other people had the same problem with towels.staff just laughed at us. Air-conditioning broke, finally after fixing it twice they upgraded us to a pool villa which was the only good thing about this hotel stay

Best place to stay on Lembongan, despite only being four star. Staff and locals are all so nice. The island is so much better than being on the mainland. Way less people, traffic etc. $10aud a day for a moped! See the rest of the island. Buy a drink and use the facilities at other resorts. Beach a little rough under foot, but pools' are so good you don't want to leave. Mushroom Bay better underfoot but too many boats crowd a small bay. Massages are at least half the price of Australia.

Wonderful place!
We stayed with our 2 young children in a 2 bed pool villa and were really impressed. Huge rooms, pool was lovely and the kids loved the main pool overlooking the beach. Breakfast was delicious, location was spot on. We loved our stay!

Booked a pool villa, but when we arrived we were told that we had been downgraded for the first night. They put us in a tiny room above the reception area overlooking the Main Street. It was incredibly noisy resulting in a sleepless night. Not what we expected at all. As compensation, the resort manager gave us a free snorkelling trip, but this didn't make up for the very unpleasant start to our stay. The quality of the breakfast wasn't great and the beach area was a bit messy, but overall the resort was quite nice for a relaxed island break.

Awesome location and staff. Loved the authentic Lembongan experience whilst having all the comforts. Best bed I’ve ever slept in. (King) highly recommended. Great for families. Not a sterile hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, but the AC in our room dripped water and made our room smell of mold. The staff is ok, but not really attentive. Wait staff do not approach you for drink orders so you have to hunt them down. Food was just okay but there are lots of options nearby.

The property is lovely, very clean, staff are mostly great we had wifi issues which took 2 1/2 days for staff to rectify and an issue for us as we run our own business and needed to stay on line Otherwise great accomodation - best bed and pillows I’ve slept on in Bali!

Average, helpful staff but property needs investme
Good location. Rooms are a bit run down and cleanliness needs to be improved across the entire property. Pool area decent, but beach in front not great, there are much better on the island. Staff try very hard with what they have, we were impressed by their genuineness and work ethic. Breakfast not great: a lot of variety but not much of it good. Overall, average... felt overpriced for what you're getting.

First time in Lembongan, we were very happy with the facilities and available activities. Also close to some nice bars/restaurants when you want to venture out. Having the private pool and big main pool to choose from was great. Breakfast spread was very good also

This is one of the nicer properties on Lembongan. The pool and beach front was excellent. The breakfast spread was very good. It is within walking distance to some nice eateries. As for the negatives, there was ongoing construction and renovations during our stay. The hotel staff are nice but watch out for the security staff by the name of "Sunny". He will be friendly and try to offer you suggestions on things to do. This of course will involve getting a scooter, which apparently is owned by the security staff. After you rent the scooter, which is beat up and not very nice to drive, Sunny suddenly is free to lead you around the island as if he was a tour guide. He will say things like, "you should go snorkeling in the mangroves" or "go watch the sunrise." What he is trying to do is get you to do activities at high prices so he can make commissions. So be careful! He actually tried to charge us an exorbant mechanic fee of $300K rupiah for what he claimed was a bent mirror on the scooter. After we debated about what he was requesting, I said I wanted a second opinion from the hotel receptionist. This is when he finally gave up on his scam. I found the hotel to be very pleasing and would have certainly recommended to friends visiting Lembongan. It is unfortunate that they allow shaddy characters like Sunny on their premises.

One of the nicer places on the island. Make sure you have local island travel arrangements-ie, know how to ride a scooter or get around on the local bus, as there's lots more to the island than the this resort's location. Also, the activity center isn't through the hotel, it is outsourced, so it pays to do your research on what you would like to do here prior to arrival.
