Hello Jay Patel, my family and I stayed at the Travelodge in Lemoore California. On 6-22 Room 206 We are very unsatisfied and would like a full refund or one free night stay at any different location of Travelodge for compensation! Reservation was under Julie Sheasby.
The bedding on both beds were absolutely disturbing with how much hair was on everything. They definitely were not washed. One bed even had pee stain. The phone to call the front desk was dirty I had walked down to the office to get all new clean bedding. Also we were woken up to renovation in the morning, it would have been helpful if we were put in a different room. We asked for bottom floor so we didn’t have to carry our 65-75 pound suitcases up two flights of stairs. We were informed there were no bottom floors available. There were only 5 cars in the parking lot We were not able to get a good night sleep and driving for hours that’s the last thing we want to do is change all bedding to feel comfortable enough to sleep on the beds. It was very stressful and not enjoyable stay. Here are some pictures below to confirm how unsettling,unsanitary, unnecessarily our stay was. Thank you for taking the time to read our complaint. I’ll look forward to getting back a response from you. Ps the hotel manager gave us 20$ bill when we checked out. The front desk lady said that’s all she told to do. Since the manager was not there.
