“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass
on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my
journey in Italy.”

“This hotel was stunning and we recommend this beautiful hotel.
We had a roofbox and outside parking was no issue unlike some other hotels we stayed in on our trip around Europe. The room and building, breakfast and facilities were excellent. The staff we great but we had one issue with the shower and water temperature in the morning which was cold. On querying with the reception I was told the water should be allowed to run and it would get warm, they checked but the water was still “cool” but……
“The room was very nice well and pointed with a smart TV. However, we were there for three nights and we seldom had any hot water after asking the staff to take a look at it two different occasions the swimming pool look like a swamp. The outside of the property was not well maintained. The walls were so thin that you could easily hear conversations next-door. The view was spectacular. The room was very nice. However everything else was not up to par.”
