“Una notte per “staccare”. Hotel con piscina e vista bellissima. Disponed anche di una spiaggetta privata sotto il promontorio (a pagamento) piuttosto carina. Pur essendo una N cima al promontorio, se si è un minimo allenati, si puo Andare e venire a/da Arenzano a piedi. Hanno comunque un servizio navetta ed una piccola funicolare (che purtroppo, durante il mio soggiorno, era fuori servizio).”

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”

“One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Perfect location and easily walkable. Pristine, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Incredible breakfast offering with made to order dishes. The floor to ceiling windows in our room with an ocean view were spectacular. I cannot wait to come back here and stay again! 10/10 across the board. ”

“We loved the attention given to the moment we walked in. This stay was excellent I was taken back by the hospitality of the Italian and how polite they were. The rooms for my family was good size clean and had comfortable nights resting. The pool was on the side of the hotel giving a good location for sunbathing and swimming was good. The only negative on the pool is that tiles are broken and had caught a chard in my finger. These broken tiles need to be replaced and maintained looked after like……

“Receptionists who work in AM and PM shift (not over night receptionist.)offered excellent services and very polite and friendly. I was happy to stay at nice hotel.”

“The front desk staff was so friendly! And the hotel is prime location to ferries, train, night life, shopping, restaurants, hiking and more. Quick ferry to portofino and Santa Margherita. Rapallo is definitely the best location in the area”
