“Rooms have no safes. Room, bed linens, towels are only changed every 2 days unless you request it to be more frequently. Complained about our room’s air conditioner with a very high pitched squeal and we were moved to a better room with a quiet AC. Last day, our door had the “do not disturb” placard on the outside door knob but to our surprise, room cleaner opened our door at 8:00am! Good thing we had engaged the security bar!!! We booked for 6 nights but cleaning wasn’t done every 2 days. ……

“Very nice stay, my only complaint was the lack of staff interaction with regards to another patron staying at the hotel who thought the breakfast area was a place to use profanity while on the phone while children were present, my granddaughter being one. The language was so vulgar I had to take my granddaughter and leave before finishing breakfast. Other patrons also left. There were two staff members present in the breakfast area while this took place. I also complained to front desk but……
