“We had a very nice stay. The unit had everything we needed and the location in the city was great. Lots of great food and drink options within walking distance and close to downtown. The host was easy to reach and the instructions provided were helpful. The only two things I would note are the location of the primary bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom faced a busy road. "Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
