“Convenient to nothing (groceries, restaurants, shopping) the neighborhood feels a little sketchy - part industrial part residential. Complicated entry and parking procedures, but if you don’t buy the garage pass good luck finding a nearby spot on the street. Kasa Garage spaces are as far from the elevator as possible which is great for permanent residents but no fun if you’re solo with luggage.
