Room obviously has not been used for a lengthy time curtains were about to fall. Dusty and room stifling hot took air conditioner hours to get to a comfortable temperature. Would have looked for another hotel off the other interstate but none available and it was late and we were exhausted do not come here by choice

The toilet set was very loose, and I could not tighten. The shower had cold water. The property was old and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I feel like for the money I spent, it should be in better shape. The room was clean and adequate, the old restaurant in the front, which is not opened should be torn down.

Sheets and bed cover were dusty and bed cover had loose dirt sitting on top...remote does not match TV . Lamp shades so dusty you can actually see it moving from heater blowing...light bulbs blown. Musty carpet that feels damp. Front window so dirty you cant see clearly outside MOLD!! MOLD!!! MOLD!! MOLD!! MOLD BREAKING THROUGH COVER UP PAINT JOB IN SLEEPING AREA AND BATHROOM AREA. REFRIGERATOR HAS STICKY LEFTOVER FOOD/DRINK INSIDE AND OUTSIDE LOOKS NASTY TO TOUCH. MICROWAVE RUSTY AND DIRTY!! W.T.H. DO THE HOUSEKEEPERS DO???? BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CLEAN AROUND HERE!!

This property was unclean and lacking the upkeep it needs. The room was moldy and the blanket had cigarette burns. We had to let the shower run for 30 minutes to get warm.

Room was musty dark and the beds were filthy! Sheets were covered in body hair on one bed and stained sheets in the other bed. Ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful.

They did not clean the rooms well. They only washed some of the sheets. Toilet was dirty. The dust was disgusting, cobwebs and dead bugs all over. It was quiet. The picture where it says office is what looks like an abandoned crack house and nothing like the picture. After a long drive I just needed a few hours sleep. I inspected the mattresses and pillows for bed bugs. The people were nice. They did not check id or the credit card used.

I turned on the light and bugs scattered. I have pictures of them. I checked out immediately and luckily found a vacancy at another hotel. The next day I went to request a refund. The hotel said I checked out the next day and denied the refund. Just a nasty, dirty, run down place all around. I've never seen a place worse than this motel.

Not only were the Box Elder Bugs all around the room doors, but they were in the rooms and crawling on the bed and floor. We stayed 2 nights and the beds were not made nor did anyone come in to empty the trash. The night stand did not look as though it had been dusted in weeks and there were too few plugs.

The room had a smell when we first arrived. There wasn't a guide for the cable. There was mold around the tub. Kept having an issue with key card.

The overall impression of the property was that it was not well kept. It was a bit noisy as well. The roof needed more insulation. The people above us were loud, but it probably wasn't their fault. It was a construction issue. The staff, however, were very nice, helpful and friendly.

On a hill behind a wrecked abandoned restaurant, this motel is a flashback to the pre-Holiday Inn 1960s motels, complete with outside walkways and faulty wifi. Newly tiled bathroom and clean, with good TV and friendly staff, but decades behind current competition. Lexington is unaccountably expensive, but this place pushes the envelope of tolerable.

There was trash in the corners including coins. The bedspread had cigarette holes. I was there for 3 nights at 200$ per night, there was no maid service.

Liked the continental breakfast. Staff very nice. Quiet. Room floor was dirty with pieces of paper, rubber bands. There was half of a frozen blizzard in the freezer. There were no tissues or cups in the room. Bed was not made up neat.

The gal who checked us in was very nice and friendly. Sissy, the gal that has breakfast ready really cares about her customers. The hotel needs some tlc. It looks like they may be renovating the rooms. Our room needed a new carpet. The sink went down really slowly and the toilet rocked. The ac didn’t work to kerp the room at the same temperature. In fact it was off before we got into the room. The change filter light was on. I ad an allergy attack in the middle of the night. The gal who checked us out didn’t seem happy to be in on a Saturday morning. Because of her attitude, we didn’t say anything thing to her about the problems in the room.

The bathroom sink was dirty when I arrived. The bed and shower were good. The resident above me could be heard simply walking across the floor. Breakfast was limited and not easy to find. Cigarette smoke seeped into my room as the resident above me would smoke outside on the adove balcony. Frig and freezer were a very good size.

We were pressed for a place to stay, so this had to be it. They hadn’t vacuumed our room, so after we checked in we went to the front desk. The woman at the front was all on her own, so she couldn’t help us, but did give us a vacuum. We cleaned our own room.
