No hot water
There was NO hot water. It is apparently a common problem there. We called after business hours to alert them and were told that no one could reset the hot water tank until after 9 AM. The shower had detached tiles at the base. There was broken glass frame on the balcony along with a large broken animal carrier. The mirror in the elevator up was shattered. There were crumbs in a kitchen drawer and food stuck to the walls of the refrigerator. There were ants in the kitchen cabinet. The entire apartment smellled like mold. I have requested a refund for our stay. I would not return.

Another week in this apartment and another week with a broken shower, broken tap and no lighting in the main walkway although i had made them aware the first day that i had checked in to room 202. The apartment overall is quite dark. Location is perfect as you are in the center.

Bad apartment
The apartment was central but it is very noisy. As we were in summer, the sun was entering the whole apartment and it was very hot, we got up to temperatures of around 32 centigrades. They gave us some small fan but it was not enough. It was unbearable. The place was not very clean. You can see hair and dust all over the place. The entrance is common and it seems that nobody is taking care of it. At our arrival, there was food at the entrance and it stay there for several days. If you do not arrive on time, forget they will try to help you. We had to stay on the street for 2 hours waiting to be able to enter into the apartment. They did not offer a solution. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

Great location but apartment itself unfinished...
Lovely quality finish (if not a bit dark) and great location but really not finished at all. Wire hanging out the ceiling instead of bulb, no curtain on 1 window, the other one fell down when touched, broken tile and big hole in the patio, no furniture other then bed and bedside table in the 2nd bedroom. Just trying to cash in on the F1 visitors before it was finished - very disappointing.

Well appointed and conveniently situated.
Stayed for business. The location was convenient with easy access to shopping in the old city center. Bars and restaurants were footsteps away. Well equipped serviced apartment. Comfortably spacious with equipped kitchen and separate bedroom. Can be a bit noisy, but not too bad considering other hotels in the city and the location.

Selten so eine vorab hochgelobte Unterkunft so wiederlicj vorgefunden. Total verraucht! Nur 1 Tasse im schrank und diese war bereits benutzt und dreckig. Verschimmelte Dusche! Türcode funktionierte nicht! Keine Handtücher. Schlechter Hilfekontakt.

Je déconseille de louer l'appartement Smartflats. Ce fut une horrible prestation l'appartement était insalubre . Papier peint déchiré , canapé cassé et sale . Pas de chauffage il faisait 11 degrés dans l 'appatement. Le lit etait salle . La cuisine et la salle de bain étaient sales. La vaisselle etait sale dans le lave vaisselle. Lumière très sombre on y voyait a peine dans l' appartement. Je déconseille cette location.

A l'arrivée nous avions un problème de code celui fourni ne fonctionnait pas, obliger d'attendre devant la porte de l'immeuble que nous recevions un nouveau code. Entre temps j'ai essayé d'appeler au numéro de notre appartement réservé (pas de réponse ce qui semble logique) mais 2 minutes après un homme est sorti ce qui nous a semblé bizarre mais nous a permis de rentrer. Après même problème devant la porte de l'appartement : mauvais code. Au final nous avons réussi à obtenir le bon mais surprise en rentrant dans l'appartement : odeur horrible, très sale, il faisait très froid logique le chauffage était bloqué à 17°C et nous ne pouvions rien augmenter. Bref comme si quelqu'un avait squatter l'appartement !! (probablement la personne qui nous a ouvert juste avant !!). Nous avons donc contacter le service client en leur envoyant toutes les photos à l'appui car nous nous voyons pas dormir dans cet environnement et dans un lit sale ! Mais pour eux ce ne sont que des traces d'usures donc c'est normal ! Aucun dédommagement ou recherche de solutions du grand foutage de gueule ! Nous avons du chercher un logement en urgence ! Pour résumer LOGEMENT A FUIR !!!

je n'ai pu accéder à l'appartement qu'à partir de 21 h j'ai passé 3 h à essayer d'obtenir les codes d'accès j'ai finalement re çu des codes ; celui de l'accès à l'immeuble fonctionne mais pas celui de l'apartement; j'ai encore perdu 20 minutes avant de l'obtenir mais ma suis retrouvé coincé dehors car celui de l'entrée avait été changé 3ème étage avec ascenseur en panne en plus séjour horrible Michael

The apartment was nice, but I arrived there and noone sent me the self entrance instructions, I had to call one number 2 times. Indide the main door was full of smelly trush. In the apartment you cannot use the TV because not connected in internet and no remote control for the cable tv. Bathroom light was broken no window so it was really dark. Bad experience, I was not lucky.

Photos mensongères et saleté
Premièrement l'entrée est compliquée car couloir et ascenseur sale ainsi que les poubelles et leur odeur à l'entrée, désagréable. Mais ça encore pas trop grave. Le plus intolérable c'est les photos du site et sur booking mensongère car on est pas du tout sur le même rendu ! Et la SALETÉ DE PARTOUT ; les sols, les murs, toile d'araignée digne d'Halloween, une douche bouchée y avais de l'eau de partout on a dû prendre un drap pour essuyer, voilà pourquoi il y a un linge dans la baignoire, dans les toilettes un trou au mur et des câbles ressortant. En je suis avec mes enfants (1,3 et 12ans) que j'ai dû faire dormir dans cette saleté. Une machine à café Senseo qui ne fonctionne pas et qui clignote tout le temps même avec de l'eau dans le réservoir. Et ça ne s'arrête pas là un gros trou sur la terrasse où l'on peut se faire très mal. C'était ma première réservation chez vous et franchement je suis très déçue !

Une horreur, lamentable
Sols, murs, évier sales ainsi que l’entrée et l’ascenseur. Couettes tachées et déchirées. Pas assez de couverts et vaisselle. Il était écrit plateau thé et café, cela ne signifie pas une bouilloire et une cafetière seulement mais aussi des sachets de thé, et des dosettes de café et sucre. Il y avait également 2 plinthes de cassées, le bas du canapé avait disparu J’ai envoyé un mail le jour même à smartflats pour le signaler, sans réponse Le lendemain matin je les ai appeler car nous avions une fuite dans les toilettes, compte tenu des traces sur le mur …, ce n’était pas la première fois. J’ai signalé que l’eau coulait sur le compteur électrique et donc que c’était dangereux j’attends encore que l’on me rappelle Enfin j’avais signalé qu’une personne à mobilité réduite était avec moi, ils ne m’ont pas signalé que l’appartement, très bien situé, en plein dans le centre , était dans une rue piétonne et donc pas accessible en voiture !!

To be honest we are disappointed about this place. It all startet with the smell of smoke all over the „nonsmoking“ flat. Especially in the bedroom we could smell cold smoke. Next thing we recognized, several lights were not working. I had to change the lightbulb in the living room to have light while dining. Most of the dishes were dirty or sticky. Seems like the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes proper. The roller blind in the bathroom was broken so we could not open it. By a close look the flat was not really clean.

Fin lägenhet, väldigt centralt
Stor, fin lägenhet mitt i Liége. Den ligger så centralt att det kan var lite svårt med parkering om man kommer med bil. Vi var väldigt nöjda både med utrymmet och inredningen i lägenheten, allt var modernt och funkade bra. Det finns inga nycklar, utan man kommer in med en kod i entrén och lägenheten. Allt fungerade som det skulle, men det innebär att man måste maila en del med deras kundtjänst innan allt är klart.

Die Wohnung war absolut verlebt. Viele Defekte: Sofa, Bettlaken mit Löchern, Lampen fehlen, Batterien sind leer, Rauchmelder sind abgeschraubt und liegen im Schrank, Geschirr völlig verdreckt.... Die Wohnung war sicher mal sehr schön und hochwertig, wird aber schlecht instand gehalten

Das Hotel liegt in guter Stadtlage. Parkmöglichkeit und Geschäfte im Umkreis von 500m vorhanden. Leider lies die Sauberkeit der Wohnung zu wünschen übrig. Es klebten noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger an den Küchenschränken, im Bettlacken waren flecken und Haare sowie überall Fingerabdrücke. Des weiteren sind die Wohnungen sehr hell hörig. Wir waren in der 2. Etage, die Geräusche (gehen, Türen, usw.) aus der Wohnung über uns hat man leider die ganze Zeit gehört. Was zum schlafmangel führte und daher auch ein schlechte Erinnerung an die Wohnung hinterlässt.

Apartments in the center next to Cathedrale
Great location in the center. Restaurants And and bars close by. Parking as well. Also a lot of options for breakfast. Apartments are fully equipped, spacious and look new. Maintenance is needed in some spots like curtains and lights. Cleaning could have been better. Some spots were a bit dusty or dirty.

apparts pratiques et bien localisés
bien vérifier que vous ayez reçu les codes d'accès avant de partir. Parfois probleme de connexion au wifi: débrancher le modem (dans un armoire aux toilettes) et le rebrancher! attention, il n'y a pas de nourriture ni boisson à l'arrivée (sauf 2/3 sachets de thé et 2 dosettes senseo), pensez à vos courses! Les apparts sont plutôt confortables et spacieux, bons moments détente...
