Nice, clean, comfortable beds,, room was large. Close enough to restaurants and gas stations and the interstate . The check in staff was polite and efficient. Good breakfast options.

The property was nice and the area was decent but the guy behind the desk was crude to say the least. He did recommend a good meal next door though.

Clean facility. Person who checked us in didn’t look like they were happy to be there. Located behind Oscars Bar and Grill - had dinner there and had the best waitress - Deanna! She made our stay in Limon great! In the middle of nowhere but a great stop between where we were and where we were headed!

Not real safe
Hotel was clean, old bit clean. Room was comfortable. Door deadbolt would not work and you could tell the door had been kicked in recently. Could push hard enough on door while closed and it would open.

The headboard of the bed had greasy head marks all around it. You could see the outline. There was an artificial nail under the bed. Which shows they do not clean the rooms. One of the guests had a dog in the room with them. I thought it said no pets. I signed an agreement no smoking or pets. Our room teamed of cigarette smoke. Overall very disappointed.

Needs maintenance. Window on the first floor was open and would not lock. Someone had put a plastic step outside the window with a metal spatula (assuming maybe to get the screen off)? Creepy. TV did not work. PJ bottoms from a previous renter were left behind a chair and had to take the back off the tank lid off to get the toilet to flush. Never again.
