Everything was wonderful, except for the room. The great restaurant, grand location, and friendly staff couldn't quite make up for the noisy toilet, uncomfortable bed, and whatever electronic device in the room shone green light on us all night long.

There's no iron available. As tourists we did not carry an iron, and in two different occasions we requested one, it never came or was delivered to the room. The bed had a humid-funky smell. The hotel overal is nice and served its purpose, the bar and breakfast were phenomenal and we highly enjoyed it.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in a great location facing the beach. Rooms are nice and big and clean. The pool could do with a good scrub but that’s the only downside

This is a run down hotel in a noisy part of town. There is a strange smell throughout. It is not a 4 star. The rooms have seen better days and it is in need of a renovation. Paint on bathroom tiles is coming off, walls in bedroom are scuffed, wardrobes falling to bits.

Nice stay-shame about the weather though
Just back from Costa Da Caparica. Overall a good stay, Unfortunately the UK was sweltering in 32 degree heatwave and we had rain mist and hailstones for much of the 10 days. Not too much to do outside the town but we found the best way for a couple to get to Belem was an Uber to the port (about 5 euro then a return fare on the ferry across). The half board option includes wine with dinner which was nice. Very good satellite TV in the room with lots of channels in English, Bar meals very reasonable too

The property and the area around it is very loud. Especially during the sleeping hours. The beds are like sleeping on cots. Very uncomfortable there fine for a day or two but anything past that they’re just very uncomfortable. The lobby is very nice. However the carpeting throughout the room floors and the hallways need to be replaced. They’re dirty and stained very unappealing for a four-star plus hotel I’ve stayed in many Wyndham locations, and this one could be taken care of better.

Best place beach and pool in the morning, Uber to the city in the afternoon, part of the night , then the hotel has a rooftops bar. Everyone from Pedro , Mrs Fernandez and the rest of the staff at the front desk, and the people from the bar Nuno, Sonia and all of the guys!!! We will be back hopefully soon!! Great beach location hotel
The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was large and comfortable. Ideally situated for the beach. The pool area is not very big and sun loungera too few. The food and drinks in the pool bar were quite pricey. They offered discounted sun loungers at a specific beach area which also offered food and drinks service.

This was a decent property that looks to have been improved from the last time I stayed there many years ago. The main issues we had were related to maintenance of the property. Elevators...you will spend more time waiting for elevators then you ever thought possible. One was out of service with no one working on it and the other 2 aren't linked so when you finally get an elevator you stop at every floor almost everytime. Air-conditioning - we never did manage to get our AC to work on our room which ruined our sleep. Even after many calls and assurances that it would be looked at/or that it was working.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel especially the ocean front room. Couple of things were missing though. There was no coffee maker in the room and we couldn't reach front desk from the room because the phone was not working. The staff were nice and the breakfast buffet was good.

Proximity to the beach was the greatest highlight of this property. The cleaning staff, however kept removing our card from the room which made it unbearably hot to come back to. We repeatedly informed reception to inform them not to. I broke my toe while there and got charged €3 for a bucket of ice everytime, when i needed it to ice my swollen foot. No first aid on site. Not an accessible property either. There are no wheelchair accessible ramps and none to and from tje indoor parking garage. The property is great for youth but if you need a quiet place this is far from it.

Not worth the money, unless you get a really cheap rate. The rooms are dark, very little lighting. They do not do a good job in cleaning. We arrived late night and I did notice that there was dirt on our floor, elastic bands on the floor from the previous people. The next day when we returned to the room those elastic bands were still on the floor, all the lady did was make the beds. Also the bathroom has no fans, so once you take a shower the whole washroom is wet. Also the shower glass is not held in place so it swings, which is also a safety hazard. I would not recommend this hotel.

I don't know that there was anything unique, but it was all pleasant.
