The room next to us had a dog that barked through out the night. Hot tube was not hot and the jets blew cold water. Could use some touch ups wherr paint or caulking im areas.

They were out of biscuits early. But that was understandable considering they would be easy to pack out with the wrestling teams.

Hotel was clean and nice but the morning staff was a different story. I only stayed 1 night and did so to get away from the drama at home. Check out was at 11am, got woke up to banging on my door at 9am as they were yelling house keeping to see if I wanted towels. Who needs extra towels for a 1 night stay and I couldn't even understand the man because his English was terrible. Will not be staying there again!

Good basic hotel
The property had a pool and hot tub, both were inoperable and had been for sometime. The room was a king bed and a chair by the ac/ heat unit! Breakfast was just basic mini crock pot of sausage gravy, small biscuits and sausage patty’s were put out at 6:00 am. Staff was friendly and helpful,

Hot tub matters to some
The hot tub was down and the shower curtain didn't fit the shower we constantly had a wet floor in the bathroom. I will say the staff are fantastic and generally when we stay everything is spot on.

We at Baymont would like to thank you for staying with us. We are sorry that you were by a couple of stained washclothes. We do try to assure the linens are spotless, but we do fail to catch every stain on our towels. Make-up is extremely hard to get out of washclothes, especially mascara, which is what I noticed on the washclothes you brought to my attention at the front desk. I happily gave you new ones, and I apologize again for the inconvenience.

Pros... nice place nice people clean well stocked (towels,shampoo, coffee) quite updated nice pool and hottub the pool hours started at 7 which was very nice for the kids. Cons.. breakfast was not anywhere on time on sunday, sausage was under cooked when it was eventually brought out bagels were hard out of milk for cereal which was out on one kind and very low (maybe one helping if that)on the other 2. People smoking weed outside the front door. Had kids with us and dont want them to be around that. Even if it is legal there.

We went as a family outing because my sewer had to be taken care of. The place was very nice and clean. Some of the employees at the front desk were friendly, some not so friendly. I was very displeased because the cards we received for our rooms kept not working. We were on the 3rd floor so when it didn't work we had to go back down to the lobby and get it re-entered to work. So that meant we had would have to carry all the stuff we had back down to the desk, because we weren't always together. I told the one employee that it had been 2 times already and he never apologized or anything. We should have gotten some kind of discount just for that. Then my other issue was that they said it was pet-friendly but did not mention to us that there was a fee for having the animals. We were charged an extra $33 for that. I only knew about it when I see my banking. Spent more than we should have.

Thank you for your review of our hotel. We are pet friendly, and yes, there is a charge of 15. per pet, per night. It is written on the paper that you sign at check in time, our pet policy. It is stated on that document, "25. for non-declared pet", however, we only charge 15. for pets we know about at check in. The key cards, can be deactivated rather easily if not careful to keep them away from certain items, generally being cell phones and key fobs. It just happens.

Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom but there’s a weird smell upon first entering the room, some kind of air freshener maybe. The breakfast is supposed to be until 9:30, we went at 9:10 and there’s hardly anything. The staff saw us but didn’t refill or say anything.
