“Excellent communication with the host. The house is nicely set up for a vrbo, clean, thoughtful, decluttered set up. We appreciated bedding and towels being provided. Safe area. There was space for four adults and two dogs. Friendly service in local establishments.We enjoyed easy drive to Newport and easy 35-40 minutes to Providence”

Such a beautiful blend of cozy with modern amenities that made our stay feel like a giant exhale - even with four kids. We loved the kayaks, deck (amazing sunsets over the lake), small beach, games, hammocks, and outdoor shower. ”

“All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!”
