Beautifully decorated property with very comfortable beds and gorgeous bathrooms. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The Inn is a 5 minute walk to Thames Street where all the action is.

Quaint little Inn with a very easy walk to the seaport. Our room was small but nice with big windows that let in lots of sunshine and fresh air. The best part was the delicious breakfast on the rooftop patio.

This was our last hotel stay after a week of traveling around New England and we were so tired, I was intimidated by the parking and unloading at first. But it was seamless! The instructions they gave were exactly as described, and the room itself was one of the best and most spacious we had used all week. The service at breakfast was wonderful as well! Kudos to the owners and the staff, if we are ever back in Newport we will definitely be back.

Rooms are clean & comfortable. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and waterfront area. Breakfast was excellent. staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Only complaint is no onsite parking but they do give you a pass for public parking lot located 1/2 mile from the premises.

Rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was always delicious! Only thing I can say is the parking is not too far but you have to wait for a spot to open up they have a designated lot but no designated spots for the hotel. We went on a crowded weekend so had to wait a bit for a spot to open. Otherwise it was perfect!

The Outlook Inn was way beyond our expectation, exceptionally clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great location and the free breakfast was better than most restaurants. Although, we didn't pay enough attention to the lack of elevator (it was indicated in the description of the property) and we were on the third floor. We are both almost 70 years old and It was a bit of a challenge to get the luggage up to the third floor on the first day, but the room was super nice and spacious.

The rooms were absolutely impeccable!! Thr location was great. The breakfast on the tooftop patio was creative and delicious. Parking is always a challenge in Newport and the handled it very well with prepaid remote parking. I would recommend the Outlook Inn to anyone.
