“This space was absolutely perfect for two dad- aged guys. Joan made the check in process seamless, and was proactively communicating prior to arrival to make sure we were on the same page. I was greeted by Marty upon arrival, a delightful and friendly cat who had coffee with me in the morning. The cottage was clean, had dishes, a full fridge, and a gas stove. There was also a Kurig for coffee with plenty of pods. We are quiet people and appreciated the quiet neighborhood, but the beach and cliff……

“We were in RI for a wedding. The 2 bedroom home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had plenty of towels for us. It is conveniently located to Newport. We found a great coffee shop nearby and a bagel shop too. We would definitely look to spend time here again.”

“Everyone in our group (me, my sister, my husband, and my dog) thought this cottage was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was comfortable, the deck was lovely, and the view was gorgeous. Nearby Colt park was awesome; we went there several times and enjoyed the walks and the view. We ate at Flo's and Salsa Burrito, as well as Provencal bakery, and all were great. Overall, just a wonderful vacation.”

We spent a fair amount of time enjoying the incredible views from the screened in room, walking along the water to collect sea glass, rocks and memories, sitting outside in the hot tub. “We had just finished a very hectic 6 weeks and were looking to relax. This cottage was an excellent choice. It is perfectly situated as we were able to park on the property and walk everywhere. Nearby are the sailing museum, tennis museum and an automotive museum. We walked by the water and saw beautiful boats unlike what we see in California. There are cute shops, the church where JFK was married, and lots of food choices. We opted to eat at the cottage most meals and found all that we needed……

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
