“This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!”

“Spent the day exploring Cooperstown, and this place fit the experience perfectly. It has a great old-school feel that adds to the charm of the area. If my family and I are ever back this way, we’d absolutely stay here again. It was clean, very spacious, reasonably priced, and had that classic, comfortable atmosphere you just don’t find everywhere anymore. Highly recommend!”

“Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with air conditioning running smoothly. Bathroom clean with all essentials present including toilet paper stocked properly which matters late at night!”

“This home was beautiful and accommodated our family of 12 wonderfully. Fully furnished home even down to toys for our 4 year old grandson. The views are spectacular, my husband and I watched the sunrise over coffee before everyone arrived. We would recommend the quite retreat for anyone and will definitely stay here again. Cody and Jessica are great and nice to even know them before renting the property.”

“While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.”
