“Great location with good restaurants and stores close by the property. Our room was very clean. Wonderful, friendly staff, easy self parking . Will stay again the next time we pass through. ”

“All rooms are pet friendly and there should be rooms that are not because of allergy problems. Animals are also allowed on all floors so barking can be problematic. The hotel is clean and breakfast is good. Just wish their pet policy was more structured.”

“The front door was blocked by trucks doing work. The first room we were given smelled like smoke. The second room we were given had the window open because someone burned popcorn in the room. Neither room had a tub and that was the reason I chose the hotel. The desk person checking us in was extremely excellent. The woman checking us out was rude. They refused to give us a discount because of no tub and the burnt smell. We will never stay at this hotel again. I paid $180.00 to stay for 1 night. ”

“Floors were very dirty. Bathtub/shower had two huge rust spots. Linens were worn and not pleasing to use. We stayed here once before, but never again. Terrible experience!!”

“Our hotel room smelled very bad with an oder like dog urine. We should have Changed rooms but arrived so late and didn’t want the extra hassle, but we do want to warn others. On the good side, The front desk staff was nice and maybe other rooms are fine. ”

“I had an issue with hot water. They sent maintenance in and it was still a hit or miss I had traveled all night and once I checked in, I was unable to take a warm shower I had to wait an hour, and the water was still cold I also had an issue with a strange man coming and knocking on my door at about 4 -5 o’clock in the morning. He said he needed to get something out of the room. Once looking out the peep hole and I did not notice him. I told him I was not opening the door to give him……

“It took 45-minutes to find my reservation, even with a confirmation number. My card didn’t work for the elevator the 2nd day. The pool had not been opened ye, because it hadn’t been inspected yet. They charged me an extra $40.00 after we had checked out, even though we didn’t use any “amenities”, not even their soaps. For the amount they charged me, I was not very happy with them. Would not stay their again.”

“Well everything was just great from the clean rooms to the staff was spot on. But the only potential issue for some might be the breakfast. It’s not your typical breakfast that you get here.”

“I booked this hotel because of its location at the exit on I-75. Unfortunately, it sits right on the exit road highway….not positioned far enough back on the property. I did not feel safe here. Asking in advance for a quiet room, the choice was next door to the office or under the stairwell. Maintenance in room was needed. Skip the breakfast.”
