Great place to stay to visit Ljubljana!
Beautiful apartment, conveniently located with a 15 minute walk to the city center. There was a grocery store just a block away. Eva was a wonderful host and I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic apartment, just a short walk from the station in a quiet location. The place is fitted out to a high standard and the host communicated everything really clearly so the whole process was smooth. If you’re thinking of visiting the city you can do no better than this apartment!

We loved this wonderfully decorated and comfortable apartment. If was perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children. Having A/C was a blessing as was the food market nearby. It was about a mile walk to old city, but we felt safe in the area. Also, Eva was a terrific host and offered many good suggestions on restaurants and sites to visit. She even researched auto mechanics for us. This was an enjoyable stay and we loved Ljubljana.

Friendly host & nice apartment
Prior to arriving, our host Eva made contact and was very helpful with information following recent floods in Slovenia (luckily this area was not affected). Communication was great at anytime we needed it and Eva met us at the apartment to invite us in and spent time explaining everything about it and the local area which she clearly is very passionate about. As described in earlier reviews she has produced a very helpful book with maps, info, recommendations. The accommodation is well equipped, with air-con too which was a blessing as our visit over 3 days included 30°C+ in summer sun! It is within walking distance of Ljubljana Old Town and also has a Lidl within 1 minute walk and a Hofer (Aldi in Slovenia) 5min walk away. With a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms - a living room area with TV, this was a great apartment to relax in after an active day. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Ljubljana- with the only further consideration of being able to climb steps to 3rd floor (with luggage) and be able to park in tight spaces. The resident neighbours we spoke to were very friendly and helpful when it came to directions and parking.

Eva made it very easy to get information before our visit. She was immediately responsive and provided clear instructions (and photos) about parking and access. We were pleased to see the Lidl about 3 minutes from the building, and old town about a 15 minute walk. The apartment was clean and we really appreciated the washer AND dryer. The building does not have an elevator but walking up 2.5 flights of stairs wasn't a problem. As Americans, we like ice in our cold drinks. We found an ice machine in the wall on the main street, about 5 minutes away. The restaurant next door served a yummy lunch. All good!

Crisp clean airy apartment
We spent three nights in Ljubljana after a 6 day biking holiday in Austria. The apartment more than met our needs. It was quiet, well-appointed, near a grocery store and within walking distance to the old town. Neighborhood felt safe if a bit care worn and the third floor walk-up allowed for an open window airiness that was pleasing to return to every evening. Would rent it again. Eva was a great host.

Very pleasing stay
Overall, a very pleasing stay in Eva's apartment. She has to be one of the most well-organised and welcoming hosts that we have stayed with over many years. Everything one needs is found in the apartment and, upon arrival, Eva met us personally and explained everything to us. She has produced a very helpful book, full of details and maps. Overall, I would recommend this apartment. The only slight considerations are that it is on the fourth floor with no elevator. For most visitors this would not be an issue but, this was the start of a 3 month stay in Europe so we had 9 very heavy bags, including skis. Secondly, because of how many bags we had with us, we rented a large vehicle. This proved problematic when trying to find a n acceptable parking space in the private parking. Having previously rented the Ford Mondeo, we expected that it would not be easy to find parking in the crowded European cities and towns. Unfortunately, a couple of the residents knew how to drive better than I and berated me for not knowing how to park a car! All-in-all, a minor distraction and not an issue if one has a typical, smaller, European car. Book the apartment, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic apartment. Wonderful host. My family stayed for the week and walked down to Old City several times but also ate dinner locally in the neighborhood. A small grocery store is just down that street and super convenient. Ljubljana is a delightful city.

Fantastic condo and great location!
The is a beautiful apartment. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. It's in a quiet neighbourhood and still close to downtown. Eva was a wonderful host. She took the time to show us around the apartment and gave us lots of suggestions about things to do in and around Ljubljana. We highly recommend the condo and Ljubljana as a great destination.

Our hostess was exemplary. She not only made sure we got check in but had also created a nice booklet of all the attractions and places to try. She stayed in contact throughout our stay and made sure we enjoyed our stay there. The property itself is really like a model apartment with all the amenities you may need. Location was amazing and walkable to everywhere with groceries just 50 meters away. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Slovenia is a beautiful country with many beautiful places to see and some great hiking.

WOW - YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE
We have been travelling to Europe for the past 15 years and have used VRBO for at least 20 booking and we can truly say that Eva's Apt. in Ljubljana was the nicest Apt. we have ever rented. Not only was the accomodation 1st class but Eva, as our host was very caring from our booking date to our check out date she kept in touch with us every step of the way. When she met us at the Apt. on our arrival she gave us an extensive overview of Ljubljana and the surrounding areas including a list of restaurants and shops and during our stay she emailed us with things we may wish to see. The Apt. is a short 15 or 20 minute walk to the old town and the galleries, museums and the shopping district. The area has a couple of good grocery stores and a few good restaurants. In short we would definitely recommend this Apt. for anyone visiting this beautiful city. Thank you Eva Ken and Terry

Eva’s house is terrific, the photos are entirely accurate. It’s a brisk 22 minute walk to city center, through busy, safe neighborhoods. Eva was there to welcome us and acquaint us with the city and the apartment, and was available in case we needed anything during our stay—she is delightful and so is her property!

Perfect accommodation and a perfect host. Would go back and would recommend without hesitation.
We have stayed in quite a few self catering properties over the years but Eva’s apartment is a standout example of really excellent accommodation. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay not only comfortable but also a real luxurious treat! The furniture in the living spaces and the fittings in the kitchen and bathrooms was top notch and everything worked and was immaculate. The location is great and an easy walk from the station (with heavy bags). It’s close to the town centre and also has lots of handy amenities on the door step. Eva is a fantastic host. She met us at the apartment and made us drinks and took the time to tell us all about the apartment and the city. She has also made her own guide book which was very useful and was filled with tips and things to do. Eva was so friendly and helpful and was always a text message away if we had a question. We can’t wait to go back!!!

This apartment is just beautifully appointed, clean & has everything you need. It’s close to everything and has a book with all you need to know and do in Ljubljana. We stayed for 3 days and felt safe & secure. Only we didn’t think to ask if there was a left, and there isn’t so you have 52steps to go up to the 3 floor with heavy bags. But we still Would highly recommend staying.

Chaudière en panne car pas d'entretien, résolu le lendemain car chauffagiste est venu. Télécommande casse et piles plates. Vaisselle ébréchée et incomplète. Tiroir lave-vaisselle cassé. Jupe de la baignoire totalement décollée. Pas de pommeau douche en hauteur mais bien à 60 cm du sol. Pas de tire-bouchon, pas de fusil (aiguiseur), pas de lèche-plat, pas de plat pour le four. Frigo qui coule. Pas de programme en Français sauf ANTENNE 2, ni CANAL +, ni NETFLIX ou autres, à ce prix... Bref, nous nous sommes faits avoir et terminé avec ABRITEL qui ferait mieux de se rendre sur site avant location.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist alles sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen mehrtägigen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieterin Eva hat ein super Info-Buch erstellt, mit zahlreichen Tipps zu Möglichkeiten in Ljubljana und Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Die paar Minuten Gehzeit in die Altstadt haben uns nicht gestört, im Gegenteil waren sie sehr angenehm, um uns ein bisschen zu bewegen. Eva war immer schnell zu erreichen, alles war sehr unkompliziert. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in dieser Wohnung, die wirklich keine Wünsche unerfüllt lässt. Sauber, hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet um sich gut selbst zu versorgen. Gelegen, so dass die Anreise mit dem Auto kein Problem darstellt und der Fußweg in die Innenstadt jederzeit gut zu machen ist. Dazu kommt noch ein sehr netter Kontakt bei Anreise und im Verlauf. Wir würden sofort wieder hier unterkommen wollen beim nächsten Besuch in der Stadt.

Schöner Wohnen in Ljubliana
Wir haben unserern Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist wunderschön und Vermieterin ist sehr nett, zuverlässig, gut zu erreichen und höchst professionell. Uns war aus den Fotos und der Beschreibung allerdings nicht ganz klar, dass sich die beiden Schlafräume den begehbaren Schrank und das Badezimmer miteinander teilen und nur durch Schiebtüren voneinander getrennt sind. Man hat also nicht ganz so viel Privatsphäre. Da wir als Auswahlkriterium zwei Badezimmer angegeben hatten, sind wir davon ausgegangen, auch zwei Badezimmer vorzufinden. In Wirklichkeit handelt es sich aber um eine Toilette mit kleinem Handwaschbecken und um ein Durchgangs-Badezimmer mit Wanne und Waschbecken. trotzdem können sich zwei paare, die sich gut kennen, und Familien damit sicher gut arrangieren.

Modernes, stilsicher und wohnlich eingerichtetes Appartment in Zentrumsnähe, gleichzeitig sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles, was man braucht ist an Ausstattung vorhanden. Es gibt ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestelle und Fahrradverleih befinden sich fast vor der Haustür, ebenso wie ein großer Lidl. Die Vermieterin Eva ist sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Fazit: ein tolles Appartment, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir (56, 50, 21, 21) haben den Kurzurlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und würden dieses Objekt für einen Kurzurlaub wieder mieten. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für vier Erwachsene die vor den Ausflügen/Ausgehen noch Duschen möchten ist eine Duschmöglichkeit jedoch etwas wenig. Für unseren Kurzurlaub war es aber okay. (Bei der Beschreibung des Objektes unter "Zimmer und Betten" wurden zwei Bäder angegeben. Bad 1: WC + Dusche, Bad 2: WC und Durchbadewanne. Tatsächlich war es ein Bad zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Zugängen aus beiden Schlafzimmern. Ausgestattet war es mit Duschbadewanne und Waschbecken. Das zweite Bad war keine Bad sondern eine Toilette mit Handwaschbecken und Bidet. Hier war auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner untergebracht. Achtung Raucher: Von der Wohnung aus gibt es keinen Zugang zu den angegebenen Balkon.) Das sollten Sie beachten falls Sie noch nie mit FeWo direkt verreist sind: Bei der Buchungsbestätigung von FeWo direkt wird nur die Adresse des Objektes und der Name der Vermieterin angegeben. Kontaktdaten wie Telefonnummer oder E-Mail der Vermieter sind darauf nicht angegeben. Was wir aber erst gemerkt haben als wir schon vor Ort waren. Wir hatten nur die Buchungsbestätigung dabei und standen dann vor verschlossener Tür. Die Vermieterin wohnt nicht vor Ort. Es war dann einiges an hin und her bis wir mit der Vermieterin in Kontakt treten konnten. Dies war aber eindeutig unser Verschulden, da die Vermieterin schon ein paar mal versucht hat, per E-Mail über FeWo direkt, mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen um unsere Ankunftszeit zu erfragen. Da wir aber schon unterwegs waren, und wir in Slowenien keine E-Mails auf dem Handy abrufen konnten haben wir diese Nachrichten nicht erhalten.

Wunderschönes Apartment
Wir reisen sehr viel und buchen immer Häuser oder Ferienwohnungen. Evas Apartment gehört zu den top 5, in denen wir gewohnt haben: Super sauber, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Hoher Schlafkomfort, da sehr gutes Bett und ruhige Lage in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Wir konnten immer auf dem Hof parken. Ljubljana- Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen und sehr sehenswert. Vielen Dank Eva, dass wir hier wohnen durften.

Was für eine Perle in der Hauptstadt
so ein Glück, dass wir dieses wunderschöne Objekt in der Hauptstadt gefunden haben. Sehr gut gelegen, architektonisch und von der Inneneinrichtung eine Perle mit vielen super schön durchdachten Details, sehr schöne und funktionale Küche, super bequeme Betten und 1000 Kleinigkeiten, die man nur aus Einrichtungskatalogen kennt. Eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin rundet das Bild des perfekten Aufenthaltes in Ljubljana ab. einer der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir auf unseren Reisen jemals hatten. Falls jemand eine Unterkunft in dieser sehr schönen grünen und charmanten Stadt sucht, sollte auf jeden Fall hier buchen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt in deiner Stadt.

Man möchte direkt einziehen
Diese Wohnung ist stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, so dass man sich einfach nur wohlfühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns einen sehr angenehmen Empfang bereitet. Sie ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die englischsprachige Kommunikation klappte einwandfrei. Ein kleines Informationsbuch gab Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in Ljubljana und Umgebung. An jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht. Sie hatte uns sogar Masken bereitgelegt. Auch Waschmittel und Reinigungschemikalien etc. stehen bereit, so dass man für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine nicht erst einkaufen muss. Die Küche bietet alle notwendigen Utensilien, sogar Kaffee und Gewürze standen zur Verfügung. Die Betten sind bequem, das Lichtdesign ist ausgefeilt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung kreativ gestaltet, ohne überladen zu wirken. Stauraum ist ebenfalls genug vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht in der Innenstadt, dahin sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten zu laufen. Es ist jedoch nicht schwer zu finden. Dafür gibt es den Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Nebenan befindet sich ein Cafè/Restaurant mit umfangreicher Speisekarte, das wir jedoch nicht ausprobiert haben. Sehr nah ist auch ein Lidl. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Da sie sich in einem Altbau befindet, war es jedoch angenehm kühl. Man ist relativ schnell auf der Autobahn für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sollten wir wieder in Ljubljana unseren Urlaub verbringen, würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen.

L'appartement au deuxième étage est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut et très bien décoré. Le parking privé est un vrai plus. Situé près du centre ville que nous avons pu visité à pieds, il est dans un quartier calme avec tous les commerces à proximité. Eva nous a accueillis très agréablement et nous a bien conseillé. Ce confortable logement a contribué à la réussite de notre court séjour dans cette agréable ville.
