“We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We have used Expedia for years and booksat least 20-30 times per year but……

“It's a great space at a great location at an amazing price. I did not like the very involved check in process (i had a dozen messages), continuous upselling and the surprise $300 security deposit or $50 insurance coverage. Take all that way and i would rave about the place and the deal.”
