Centrally located, this home is a quick drive to downtown Columbus and steps away from local shops, parks, & restaurants. The modern living space has everything to make guests feel at home; WIFI, Roku TV, washer & dryer, king size bed in the master suite and a bonus room with a queen and trundle bed which is perfect for additional guests. A private patio outback is great for entertaining & unwinding. If you need anything, contact your host! Otherwise, you will be given your privacy. German Village is a historic neighborhood just south of downtown Columbus, OH. Initially platted in 1814 in Columbus' South End, German Village was generally developed between years 1840 and 1914\. It was settled largely by German immigrants in the mid-1800s. German descendants at one time comprised as much as one-third of the population of Columbus. Restoration began in 1959 and the Historic District was established in 1963\. German Village was the FIRST historic district in the U.S. and it remains a model for all that came after. In the year 1974, German Village joined the Historic Register. Today, more than 1,600 preservations have been completed.
