The shower did not work, when I was checking out I was told you have to pull it hard and then it will work...the last thing I wanted was to break something. The bed was comfortable.

Room needed some maintenance attention: duct taped ptac, flooring coming up, poor shower pressure, toilet seat hardly attached. Saw a few roaches after our first night..

The property is nice and having Jaliscos Restaurant is a plus. The only thing I would say is the BEDS omg time for new beds. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. It makes you want to spend that extra money on a more expensive hotel.

Great customer service. Old building door did not shut properly, bath faucet loose , blow dryer did not work , no wash clothes, toilet seat sliding off, bed frame popped loudly Everytime I moved. The first room I was assigned was not cleaned after previous guest no linens on beds and trash left behind.

The bathroom was kind of dirty and it took a really long time for the shower water to heat up, not good when it's cold. People smoking weed and being loud all night... You can hear people having sex all night, people coming and going. Someone needs to check in with residents more because something isn't right.

Ok, not superior.
Sheets and towels were dinghy. Sprayed the bed down with Lysol, before sleeping in it. It was ok, but not superior. You get what you paid for!!!

There were cracks in the walls and the duvet looked a bit dirty but the beds were comfortable and the check was easy and fast the staff were simply friendly from checking in to checking out I would give customer service 5 stars good job

Cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. Clean enough but everything in terrible shape. Holes between the A/C unit and outside so any bug could come in, bathroom floor was dirty and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the shower on…turns out you have to pull the whole handle as hard as you can out of the wall and turn at the same time…front desk staff was very rude and seemed annoyed at any simple request. If you need to stay somewhere yourself for the night you’ll get by, wouldn’t recommend for multiple nights.

This was the nastiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The only reason that I didn't leave after seeing our room is because the other hotels close were sold out. There was black mold on the shower curtain, it smelled bad, and there were stains on the sheets and towels. I will never stay here again.

Yikes. My standards are not high when it comes to motels, particularly because we were staying one night. It was dirty, like really dirty. Large empty 32 oz. yogurt container in the corner, not sure how you miss that when cleaning. There was hair all over the bathroom and the trail of dead ants sprayed with Raid was left behind. Yucky.

My stay was fine. The staff did a great job cleaning the room. It needs updating and some repairs. The desk clerk was great. I called in from the road with a confusion on my reservation and he helped me sort it out. A little more light in the parking lot would make me feel more secure. The hotels.com map and my GPS missed the property and sent me to a dark dead-end road. That was certainly a low spot in the trip. Overall, an acceptable visit.

Bed was okay,floors unswept and dirty. No hand towel, need a SOLID toilet seat, and tub was slick. I almost fell taking a shower and had to warn my husband or he would've fallen. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen! Very old hotel but it beat sleeping in our truck, barely. Lockhart needs more hotels......

For the price, this is an excellent value. The room was nice an big, the people were friendly, and the place was quiet. All in all, we really like staying here when we visit Lockhart, TX.
