Good hotel
Nice friendly clean hotel. Limited parking at hotel but free car park across the street (extra few seconds walk). Beds a little small but had a good sleep.

The room itself was basic but did the job however the internet signal in the room was poor and the only place I could get a clear signal was if I sat next to the front door. I found the staff to be disinterested, particularly those working in the restaurant who were too busy chatting or on their phones. The food itself in the restaurant was very good and offered good value for money.

Zupełnie OK jak za tą cenę. Pokój bardzo duży, czystość w miarę OK. Wykończenie i meble tanie i proste - ale wygodne i do przespania się. Ponieważ musiałem rano być w okolicy, a potrzebowałem tylko jednego noclegu - dużo lepszy wybór, niż hotele w centrum. Śniadanie zupełnie OK, wystarczające.

Hotel troszkę na uboczu ale za to nie ma hałasu miasta. Blisko, a nawet bardzo blisko sklep Żabka jeśli potrzebne szybkie zakupy. Pokoje duże, łóżka pojedyncze ale z możliwością połączenia w jedno podwójne + jeszcze jedno. Ta, ze nocleg z dzieckiem czy przyjaciółmi na 3 osoby w cenie pokoju dla 2. Na miejscu basen, wiec relaks w wodzie oczywiście bez dopłat. Cena noclegu bardzo atrakcyjna. Ze śniadań nie korzystałem wiec bez komentarza.

Personalet sagde hverken hej eller smilede en eneste gang. De gjorder faktisk alt for, at undgå os. Morgenmaden kunne vi desværre ingen gang spise. Værelserne var slet ikke som på billederne. Dog var deres spa område rigtig lækkert.

Se vai alla Rossman, è perfetto!
L'hotel si trova di fianco alla sede della Rossman. Sicuramente si presta per chi deve andare a lavorare nella ditta in questione. Io ci sono arrivato in macchina alla sera del venerdì verso le 20 e c'era da parcheggiare direttamente in fianco all'hotel. Se no sono disponibili posti dall'altro lato della strada in numero maggiore. Il check-in è stato veloce anche se lo staff non è bravissimo in inglese. La camera è un pò vecchia ma comunque ampia e pulita. Io avevo una tripla con 3 letti separati per un viaggio in famiglia. Alla notte ho dormito senza problemi. La colazione viene servita nella sala al piano terra vicino alla reception in prossimità della sala del biliardo. è ampia e variegata, soprattutto incentrata su prodotti salati (ma c'è anche il dolce per noi italiani). Il rapporto qualità/prezzo era abbastanza favorevole. Unica nota negativa non dipendente dall'hotel.... essendo in zona periferica rispetto al centro città non ci sono praticamente ristoranti alla sera in zona per cui è necessario prendere l'auto (o farsi chiamare un taxi) per andare in centro a cenare.

Vi indlogerede os blot for en undervejs overnatning. Aftensmaden skulle overståes og vi satte os i hotellets restaurant. Her blev vi overraskede. Gourmet middag til discountpris, helt fantastisk oplevelse. Anbefalelsesværdigt x 3. Hotellet er under restaurering, men ryddeligt og pænt. Personalet meget venlige og imødekomne på et hyggeligt engelsk.

Obsługa hotelowa niemiła. Zabukowałem ofertę pobytu ze śniadaniem po czym Pani na recepcji powiedziała, że oferta jest nie ważna i muszę dopłacić 35 zł. jeśli chcę zjeść śniadanie - co uważam jest bardzo nie w porządku wobec klienta, bo zupełnie inne informacje były na stronie na której bukowałem hotel. Potem inna Pani powiedziała, że ta cena obejmuje śniadanie, a następnie po śniadaniu dostałem informację, że muszę za nie zapłacić. Zatem generalnie podejście do klienta jest fatalne, sam hotel jest ok, ale w Łodzi jest dużo hoteli, które z pewnością zapewnią lepszy standard.

Śniadanie najlepsze o 6.50 potem masakra, zwłaszcza dania ciepłe. W przypadku rezerwacji nie przez stronę www - ceny okrutne. Ogólnie na 1 noc jeżeli ma się do załatwienia sprawę w pobliżu - może być.

sehr schönes Hotel, alles neu und sauber - aber vieles noch nicht fertig, trotz neuer Fenster drängt der Straßenlärm in die Zimmer (besser nicht öffnen - zu laut), für Raucher: absolutes Rauchverbot - man muss auf die Straße, TV nur polnische Sender
