“We were in town for college baseball spring training at Austin Peay. The location was absolutely perfect for us, great location and a comfortable stay. ”

“The apartment was clean and nice! There were plenty of dishes and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything worked well. Check in was easy. Location is convenient. It was quiet for us. No extra soaps or shampoos though. The host doesn’t actually communicate with you like a real person, it was more automatic robotic communications. Also the washer was full of old water and I did not know how to drain it out. Overall we had a great stay! ”

“Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in.”

“Overall everything was great. Except I was told I could smoke outside but was charged for the smell being inside.”

“Very nice unit, well equipped, nice location. The road noise is a bit of an issue, at night, but owner supplied ear plugs and that helped. The tv is great but had trouble logging in to WIFI.”
